I came in looking like crap & came out the door with the best haircut ive ever received. I dont usually say "the best ever" unless i really mean it. The only down-side with this joint is that you must have an appointment (not mandatory, but youll be wait listed for an hour or so). anyway the haircut was done in a timely manner (even with me talking & joking with the barber). The cost is pretty steep at $25 plus whatever tip you give, but you get what you pay for. I was the talk of the night with the haircut i had (went to a big fancy dinner at Cal Poly Pomona). 2% i know you are reading this review and i just wanted to say you have won a customer for life. #cheers

The barbers are too busy talking and telling each other stories and plans about how they want their shift to end to go drink??? To busy entertaining each other that they dont pay attention to what they are doing. The first and last time I went, my barber was talking to his buddy the whole time I was there and I came out with a bad haircut. But of course they wouldnt be able to see because they hardly have any lights inside.... so un profesional!!!! What does this look like, the projects?? Leave town and make way for real barbers. Go do business from your garage then everybody will be happy. ps. that punk rock grease look is so last year.

Last week I stopped in at lunch and the receptionist (cute blonde girl) scheduled it with Diego the following day. Love the atmosphere of the place and just the way its set up creates and attracts with the tvs,music and photos on the wall. This place is top of the line along with the barbers that work here. Make sure to get a cut from Diego hes the go to guy he will take his time and make sure everything is perfect and your happy with what you have before you walk out the door. Ask for a shave too. This was awesome a shave and a haircut.

Went in here thinking, wow, expensive. But you have to try everything once right?... Since then Ive been back here every haircut. You definitely get what you pay for, the barbers are ALL well versed in their trade. They deserve the amount they make fully. Very comfortable atmosphere. The barbers are all down to earth. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about trying, worth every penny!

This is my go-to place to get a great haircut. Great people great atmosphere. BTW its because this place is so awesome that they are BUSY and to guarantee your haircut at YOUR convenience you need to make an APPOINTMENT. Just like everything else in life, so please grow up before leaving negative reviews because you couldnt be proactive in your schedule.

Wayne is great, but other people not so much. Ive had an appointment canceled on me and then I was late 10 minutes because of a bad wreck, and the guy said he wouldnt do my hair. So I get canceled on once not being my fault, and once for being late. Thats fine. Ill take my business somewhere else when Wayne isnt available.

Dont waste your time !! they wasted 2 hours from my time the first day , there is no appointments you have to wait then you will not get your hair cut done. Second day I go there 11 am they ask me to wait for 1 hour then they say we cant do it now you can come at 5 maybe we can !!? VERY RUDE , NEVER GOING THERE !!

Horrible customers service to walk ins. Waited for 2 hours for a haircut. barbers were done with there current appointments and had plenty of time to cut hair but chose not to and instead waited for the next scheduled appointment. If it wasnt for the fact I needed to get a haircut I wouldve left

Worst place ever ! If you Walk in and the first words out of the receptionist mouth is Im sorry we cant accommodate you ! What kind of business is this! Customers pay the bills and this business rejects them ! Find another place to get a haircut everyone. Floyds 99 barbershop is way better.

This place quickly became my go-to haircut spot. All the guys here are pros, very talented at what they do. Ive seen an assortment of styles come out of this shop, always done with expertise and swag. Its an awesome experience- especially getting that straight razor shave!

I have been going here every 2 weeks for over 2 months now. The art hanging up in the shop is almost as awesome as the staff. Go see Alan if you want your hair cut the way it should be, so that you arent sitting at home alone twiddling your thumbs on Saturday night!
