Im reporting this company to the FTC. I doubt theyre a member of the BBB but Ill look into that as well after what Ive been through with them. Heres the email I just sent Susan Alvarez after 3 weeks of stringing me along and NEVER ONCE returning my calls. Susan, PLEASE inactivate my account and shred my personal information TODAY. I am going to call corporate first thing Wednesday morning, and Im going to post my horrible experience on Yelp, Google, Facebook and Linked In. My experience with your company has been the most disorganized and unprofessional experience in my entire working career. Heres what I did: *I spent 2 hours in orientation *I gave you sensitive, private information (my Social security, D.L. and passport) *I subjected myself to a drug test *I cleared my schedule because you said youd email me a test and that Mission Tortilla needed to interview me ASAP Heres what you did: *Promised me I would be submitted for a job and that you get right back to me. *Forgot to even send me the test. *Ignored my calls and never followed up with me until I called in asking for the number to your corporate office. Also, please unsubscribe me from the annoying automated calls offering my industrial jobs which I DID NOT sign up for when I applied online for a staffing position with your company. ***P.S. Owner of the business; it is SO disingenuous to keep apologizing and asking people to text more details to a random cell phone # when the SAME complaints continue to happen over and over again. Meanwhile you refuse to take any real corrective action to remedy the internal issues your Rancho location is plagued with. A WHOLE NEW CREW is needed in Rancho. Good luck.

Worst place to go to find a job no one helps you at all when you ask them for a job they say they dont have any the girl in the front desk who pick up the phone to name (HElGA) when you call she always say there no jobs at all does even try to help you to see if there any lazy ass girl then if she say there is she put on hold then hang up the phone when you try to call call she doesnt pick up at all !! And she say she put you down for available when she doesnt all when you walk in she give a really rude look she cover up for other say there on lunch when there not they dont find you job at all waste of your time all these girls are lazy and shouldnt be working here they need to find new people or get rid of this place and stop saying theyll find you a job

This agency is the worse!!! The staffs customer service skills are horrible and inconsiderate of others time! Went there to apply for job, after testing we literally sat there waiting to be interviewed for over two hours. After more paper work to do the time spenr this office was 5 hours. As of today I have been back to pick up a my first paycheck, (they dont have it). I was told theyd check into and call me. A week later still no call. I called them and was left on hold. Went into the office and was given a number to call MANIELA who handles payroll. Dont go there and waste your time. Go to Adecco. They pay more as well and treat you with priority.

Damaris is by far the worst recruiter Ive ever dealt with. I had an interview on a Tuesday at 8:30 a.m set by her. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited until 8:45 a.m. I finally informed the staff that I had an interview with damaris. They informed me that she wouldnt be in the office until later due to her having to go to another location. I waited 3 hours only to be helped by another recruiter which was very helpful. Damaris didnt even have the courtesy to let me know she was going to be late nor apologized for the inconvenience. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER DISHONESTY and LACK OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLES TIME and EFFORT. I was very disappointed!!!

These select staffing employees are unprofessional they have horrible service after I got interview the lady didnt even tell me ok when we get some job openings will call you back she told me I have to call her back I totally regretted applying at this place one of the guys that works there he was completely inappropriate then dont even look friendly the guy that works there he told me to stop laughing I do not recommend this staffing agency they were even rude to this other customer too maybe if they had Jesus Christ they would have some integrity they would have joy in the life but since they dont have Jesus Christ that bitter inside

I had apply for this Agency since 2008 i got a job and i last 2 years for a company that is called Modus Link, after that Job in 2010 i called back the agency that i need it another Job with 3 days i got another Job in July 2010 the name of the company is Austin hardware & Supply then in Nov 2010 i got hire through the company, after 2 years my company decided to make me Te Warehouse Manager, i would said if it wasnt for Select staff probably i would still working for an agency, but all i can say is that have patience and they will get you a job of whatever your experience you have.

The on site kayla at Mattel doesnt know how to treat people rite and fired me without any type of warning and when I called the agency they told me she was supposed to notify them first before taking any actions because I was working there for almost 4 years already and that it was a wrongful termination.... so I went to their website today and applied for another position and it said I had to update my application and when I finished the application it gave me some questions, when I finished the questions it said that my application got disactivated and to reapply in 6 months

I called 64 minutes before closing time. I asked if a typing test was available, she (hilda) said yes. I arrived 32 minutes before closing time. The front receptionist Hilda, went to the computer room, came back out and spoke to someone in the back office. Then came to tell me that the new computers didnt have the typing program and she did not know when they were going to be available. Why didnt she know that when I called? I drove from San Bernardino to Rancho. Or was it that the computers are off and she didnt want to turn them back on so they can leave at 5?

I arrived for my "interview" 15 minutes early. Was the first person to show up. Waited almost 4 hours and was the second to last person to be seen. And they said they had a job for me and to go get some steel toe shoes. Bought the shoes. The night before i was supposed to start, Hilda calls and says they changed the start date and didnt tell me when the new start date is. This whole process was a waste of time. And they saw me sitting there waiting 4 hours to be seen. They have no respect for people or their time.

Got a call on 9/4/14 to go in the next day at 7am showed up did the work called later that night spoke to Judy and asked her if I go in again the next day she said yeah same time showed up Saturday morning turns out the warehouse was close she sent me for no reason cant they check or know what companies are closed on Saturday called on Saturday and left a message since no one answered explained what happened and to pease give me a call back and no call back. Its been 6 days real bad agency dont go there waste of time
