We were sold a coupon card offering $140 of dry cleaning if we paid $40 for this coupon card, which had all these little squares they would punch for a discount. $5 off an order, $1 off a garment, etc. A salesman came to my door selling this card. He went on and on about the great work this cleaner did and how the quality was perfect. Since they pickup and delivery we said why not. They picked up in the afternoon, not the morning as we were told so my clothes were out all day. Then they did not deliver until three days later. Several orders in we noticed they were punching multiple squares each order. That made our discount card last a few weeks. It was no $140 savings. We compared it too our old cleaner and found out that we spent about $150 more because they charge so much more per item. That explained the high discount. A complete ripoff! How do you justify charging $1-$2 more each garment, then lie to the customer about the savings? We also paid environmental service fees on top of that every order. The quality was just ok, not any better than others and it certainly did not save us money. It is false advertising and I hope others realize it too. Stop ripping people off!

IM LOVIN EM! Ive used this companys dry-cleaning services on several occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the results. All of my articles of clothing have been returned in great-looking condition, the quality of the work is evident every time and I love that all of their services are conducted on-site versus being shipped out to another location (had this at other companies and theyve lost my items, etc). Ive tried other cleaners in the area but so far Town Square Cleaners has offered the best service at what I consider a very reasonable rate.

As reviewed by other here. Terrible costumer service! Come at your own risk! They RIPPED an $150 dress shirt worn ONCE and tried to refund me $40 with "in store credit". After haggling and the offensive offer I told the Asian lady to keep the shirt and keep her store credit. Go somewhere else that shows accountability
