The small machines are always broken. So I have to put my small load of whites in a larger machine by themselves or with my colors without bleach. Im going to use up my remaining balance on my card and go somewhere else. Ive been coming here since about 08. They do have free Wi-Fi and if you put $20 on the card you get $22 or if you put $50 you get $56, you also get bonuses for washing. However you use your bonus at random or at least I havent figured out how the system allows you to use it. Its a good deal until you have to put small loads (socks and chonis) in a large machine. We dont own that many... Hahaha. One of the worker ladies does have good customer service skills and will help if your card is getting old and acting up, or if a machine messes up. Others wont, theyll say you need to talk to the manager. But if youre the only one working guess what? YOURE THE MANAGER. For example since the small machines dont work and they can see I have literally a hand full of whites I can give them my card and they can deduct the small load at the computer from my card then they can use their card to start the double load machine with my tres trapos and verify its a small load worth of clothes. When I tell them thats possible they say they cant do it. Well, how do you start the loads of clothes people leave for you to wash? Also my kids arent allowed to play the arcade games there anymore either, they malfunction over 50% of the time. When I go after my work day its not clean, and homeless people like to use the toilet as a shower, they are customers cause they take their showers while their clothes are washing.

You can not change temperature once you turn it on. Machines have a default setting for temperature that customers dont want in most of cases. I lost my money trying to get help from the attendant. They cant refund the money for the wrong setting chosen by the machine. Once you turn it on you can not do anything. I had a good perception of this business and I have been customers very week for months. I will never come back to this place. I hope others customers can learn from my experience. There is no sign or warning that alert customers to dont stop washers from running with the wrong setting. Attendant was incapable to help with this matter other than telling you that you need to pay again!! This a very simple problem that can be fixed with courtesy but you can not get that from the lady. Come on this is not a third world country! Additionally, the wifi was available for customers but now they got a security password that is another reason to feel this place is not appealing to come do my laundry anymore.

I was here on a Sunday morning at 6:30 am and there were already several people doing their laundry (if you come in the middle of the day, you may have trouble finding parking space). The place is big and clean, with space to fold your laundry. There are a few tables where you can read a magazine or a book while you wait. The TV was on and there are few games. They have a couple of huge machines for multiple loads and there is an attendant who helps customers. Moreover, you can leave your laundry to her and pick it up later. I came in to do three small loads. They have eight single load machines and all eight were out of order. Disappointing. I had to use two bigger machines. The card system is fairly easy to use and the dryers worked well.

Ha ha ha all these comments sayig most machines are in working condition...thats a lie close to half of the machines are out of order. Snack machines are stocked with out dated treats and out of service alit of the time. Im been coming here well over a year because its only a couple of miles from where i live. My complaint is because the older Mexican lady that works there the most is very rude and acts likes shes to busy help you and shes been closing/locking the door BEFORE 10pm. If your not open until 10pm you should let paying customers know before they put clothes in the dyer and are unable to retrieve them because shes been continually locking/closing doors at 9:30.

Very clean. One thing that really makes people not want to use public washing facilities is that most had insects running around while they were doing their laundry, i.e. roaches. Also, there is a valid fear of bedbugs being present as well. This is a valid fear, as these insects can survive through extreme heat and water. These can be obtained through the washing machines and dryers. *This facility uses cleansers that ensure the absence of these insects. The employees are on site all throughout the day making sure the facility is spotless and disinfecited. I will continue to do my laundry at this facility as long as I reside in this area.

Very amazing place. Staff are very helpful, especially this one lady whos name is Caroline i believe. She works very hard and always keeps a smile on her face. When i went today, there was a big leakage yet she still worked through it, and still was helpful to other costumers, unlike this one girl named Gladys. She always answers her costumer with sass and acts like shes everything. I always see her leaving with stuff every time i go to wash. She is never helpful and always is in a bad mood. maybe some coffee will help.

so i went to wash today or atleast try to... when i arrived i was rudely informed that the last wash is at 8:30 but they close at 10. the lady in charge was acting like she didnt understand spanish and didnt want to answer my questions i was trying to ask what time they opened but she kept rudely interupting me saying last wash 8:30 ..she really made me feel unwelcomed ...i had heard alot of good comments about this place but i had a horrible experience... not thinking about going back any time soon ...

Ive been coming here for a year now not because its convenient because its not, but because its clean. But Ill be going else where from now on. The reason being, they have 8 top load washers, today only 2 are working, and of course they are being used. Frustrated I called the owner voicing my frustration, his excuse, too expensive, people cram too much in them. My thought is hes trying to make me use a larger more expensive washer just to make money.

This place is wonderful for washing clothes. Its clean and fully functioning, and even has a water dispensary, a WiFi zone(geek alert) and an on site employee to help you. You begin by uploading your funds onto a plastic balance card, there are even a few arcade games. The area is rather shifty and Ive personally watched oddities from outside the window, but hey its magnolia ave, so go figure. The owner is kind and a very accommodating fellow.

Ive been coming to this place for about a year now. Im always greeted with a smile (that completely breaks my mood and frustration of having to do my laundry which I hate by the way) this place is the cleanest around here people who need assistance are treated like VIPs by the lady. in charge Beyond the customer service standards . Overall a pleasant experience nice clean place with excellent customer service thank you
