Do not I repeat do not use this cleaners if you are a woman. They will rip you off . My loving wife dropped of a dress to have it cleaned they never told her the price said nothing of the sort. When she gets home she freaks out they want 40 dollars to clean the dress. So i go in to try and sort out the situation with the owner assuming there must be a mistake . I was informed that he was unable to make a decision i would have to wait till monday for his wife to call me. My wife needed her dress for an event for that night i offered to pay 20 which is still high ( usually its 12 dollars at another cleaners) . I then see a similar dress and have him show me the price it is less than half . The man then gets angry with me when i call him out on the price . He was enraged and rude and made no effort to resolve this situation . F- Plaza Cleaners Shame On You

BEWARE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GET YOUR WEDDING DRESS STEAMED LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! JUST PICKED UP MY DRESS and it looks like they didnt do anything to the dress! It is still wrinkled and my veil is wrinkled as well. They told me to bring it in 4 days before my wedding, now here I am 24 hours away from my wedding with a wrinkled dress. They first quoted $50 over the phone and ended up charging me $130. To top it off there reasoning was my DRESS was very hard and complicated! Husband is very rude on the phone and the service here goes to show you cannot always trust the good reviews you read.

Theyre definitely trying to do something good here. I never had any type of loyalty to one cleaners -- I just go wherever is convenient, but Plaza Cleaners in Riverside just got me as a regular. I needed my blouse and skirt cleaned for an interview the very same day, and the owners actually drove to their plant and had my order done within 4 hours... then delivered it to me. That is customer service.

Going to the dry cleaners is such a hassle sometimes... Im glad theres one right by my morning coffee and donuts... I live right by the Riverwalk on Pierce st, and its nice to be able to drop my cleaning off in the morning before I go to work, and I can get drive thru Starbucks while Im at it. Oh yeah - the owners there have the CUTEST PUPPY IN THE WORLD!!!

Service is pretty good, and they never were late with my clothes. Nothing spectacular but the prices are always better than the other drycleaners in the area. I think Plaza Cleaners is a good value.

This place is a joke. Couldnt find my clothes for 15 minutes. When I get home and check them, stains I explicitly point out and they said they could remove were still there.
