Worse experience EVER!! I dropped off my sons karate just to get his patch put on back on March 19th and went to pick it up on the 26th and its NO WHERE TO BE FOUND... The guy had the nerves to say that he needed to check his video to make sure no one picked it up (I dont have anybody out in thus area to do anything for me)... Then had the nerves to say GIVE HIM MORE TIME when hes had a week to make sure this was accounted for... Now hes tripping off paying me for WHAT HE LOST ... He lost his damn mind Just pay me to replace my sons jacket and I will never walk in this place again

If I could give NO STARS I would! It was my first time there to get some pants hemed, no one was in the store however, the store owner saw that I was waiting but just kept hanging clothes on the automated rack! I had to wait for at least 10mins for service. No "thank you" or anything before or after I picked my pants. No problem with pants but customer service or even a smile was non existent. I go elsewhere now for alterations even if it means driving a little farther!....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!...UNFRIENDLY, POOR SERVICE!!

This place gives horrible service. They dont do what you ask them to do and the owner yells at you when you arent happy with the service. Some customers come in and they give them a ticket to pay for the clothes when they are picked up and others are told they have to pay in advance and if the clothes arent as asked for then too bad. STAY AWAY!!!!!

They completely messed up our curtains. We took 4 panels of curtains to them and specifically asked them to press them a certain way. Well they didnt and they also shrunk my curtains. No we have to shell out another $500 for new curtains not including the $60 we paid him to mess our curtains up in the first place. Will not be going back

Ive been going there for years. Top quality and professional. These people giving bad reviews are so anal. Ive been there a couple of times when people bring in bed comfortables or curtains. And the owner tells them that he doesnt guarantee that they will be the same. And the customers insist that they clean them. Go figure.
