I have been a loyal customer for last 4 years. This morning like almost every week or every 2 weeks i went to drop off my dress shirts and suit. I was approached rudely by the morning counter lady as usual. I am so used to her rudeness it that i am accustomed to it. She tells me that for same day service there will be $1 extra for each. I am like when did you start charging $1 extra. She said they have been for a while but they are not suppose to tell the customers that they do and just charge it. They have been charging without alerting me that it is $1 for each item for years for same day service. That is just cheating your customers as they dont provide an itemized receipt. and i trusted them not to cheat me when they hand me the total. The lady tells me that this time she wont charge me the extra dollar service charge for all the shirts just my suit pants. I go in this afternoon to pick up my clothes. The afternoon lady is usually very nice and friendly. I go to pay her and she tells me the price. I ask her why is it so much. I am told that I was charged a dollar extra for each item for same day service. I tell her i want to speak to the owner and she says he is not onsite but can have him call me. She would not be able to give me discount i was promised by the lady this morning. I have a flight early tomorrow morning and needed my clothes hence just paid them . At this point they just lost a loyal customer and i have passed the word on to family /friends not to go to Alpha cleaners.

Needed my suits cleaned in a jiffy. Went online to look for cleaners that were open on a Sunday. Found Alpha Cleaners, drove all the way over here and saw the sign in the window says OPEN but the doors were locked and no one was inside now I have to go find another cleaners asap.

These guys are so incredibly nice. And sometimes my brother pays for my dry cleaning on accident since we have the same last name.
