This is a horrible place. Every time I drop a piece of clothes to hAve it dry cleaned they give it back to me to almost in the same condition. I have to double check my clothes when I pick them up before I head back home now.. The last time I was there I told the Asian man (Indian?) who works there that the stain is still there, then he said to me, why wont you just go buy another one??? I thought that was extremely rude!!!! Stay away from this cleaners !!!!

North fontana is a subdivided cookie cutter tract of poorly built shacks on tiny little lots in a windy "fontana north" you foolish residents of the North end of FONTUCKY know nothing of our area and to think residents of hunters ridge southridge village of heritage paid four or five times the amount of money ( if they paid in full) for little tiny lots. BAD SERVICE! Burned my clothing! Blamed it on me! Irresponsible owner! My wife took a considerable amount of laundry to dry clean and 4 of my pants came back burned/ripped. The attendant said they did not do it and that I bought my pants already ripped. Worst of all the owner again insisted we had burnt the pants elsewhere. No refund, no apology, and 4 sets of new pants ruined, to the trash!

When I brought the shirt in I told the gentleman that I needed to get the stain out of it, he said ok. Picked it up and stain still there. They offered to redo it, but I need the shirt for tonight, so I asked for a refund, I was told they cant give me a refund. This was my first time going there, I wished I would have read the reviews first. What a waste!

Ive been going to this dry cleaner for almost a year. I always noticed minor rips but thought it was my fault. This last time I took 3 jackets and a 2 shirts. 2 of the jackets came back with tears (expensive to fix) and one of the shirts had a button that was burned!!! Stay away from this place! Its a hit or miss!

They are nice and have fast service, but I notice that fairly often the second to top button of my shirts comes back broken. Almost like something smashed it. They always fix it, which is nice... but I dont want to keep going back. Ill try back again in the future, hopefully theyll have new machinery.

Went in with good expectations .. not happy.. the shirts were not pressed well... lost a hook on the pants... had to re press the shirts ..
