I have lunch between 11:30 and 12:30pm and I work over on Hole and Tyler. So I called to make an appt. for 12pm with Isaac. I get there about 11:55 and wait...he walks in about 12:03 and starts eating his lunch! so I figured Ill give him a couple of mins....nope not a word or acknowledgement! 12:15pm comes and Im pissed at this point. worst customer service. all he said was sorry....I wasted my time, gas and lunch time to sit and watch somebody eat! a damn shame! first time there and what an impression! ....wont be back!

Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, got to the shop and waited forty minutes past my appointment time before they were ready. Guy was in a rush, and wouldnt have time to do a shave despite me sitting there patiently for forty minutes waiting for my appointment. I had heard great things about them, but this customer service was was truly abysmal.

Why make an appointment with these guys when they dont even see you at the time they told you to be there.They overcharge and bullshit. Been going here for haircuts and always seem to see me 35mns after my scheduled appointment. Other customers I sit with say the same thing. Garbage

my man had someone screw up his hair and was so paranoid to go anywhere to get his haircut but we found Isaac here and we are sticking with him for good! super clean cut fast and friendly. cant ask for much more than that!

I have always received geat cuts here. I knocked off one star because the language and discussion topics can be a bit "adult". If you are cool with that this would be a great option for you.

I literally travel all the way from Las Vegas to Boardwalk barbershop every other week just to get a cut. Couldnt ask for a better cut, facility or staff.
