Carmen is a true professional! She does what you ask for, not what she thinks is better for you; like at some widely-known chain salons. I have tried a multiplicity of different places and always find myself coming back for her to fix other stylists mistakes. She is very charismatic and always willing to work with people. Her model is: "Customer first, with a smile!" Kudos Carmen!

Ive been going to this salon for as long as I can remember and I trust Carmen to cut my hair because she does a great job everytime. I always make an appointment with Carmen too and when I come in, I never have to wait that long. They cut hair for only $11, any style, no matter how long it is.
