I think people should know to expect a lot of CHANGES in this school. We were there only a few months her teacher changed several times, they add people that they tell you nothing about to your childs class, and it very difficult to get these so called "teachers" background. Management has changed. The Phonic teacher changed within the first month I was there. The Mandarin teacher is amazing (Ms. Marina) but depending on what class your child is in she is only with them for part of the day and is spread out all over the school so your child spends a lot of time with other teachers. Price is too high compared to regular Kindercare considering the curriculum is the same, and they all have the same extra curricular classes like Phonics, cooking, dance, etc (they even charge more for those classes). Most of the Kindercares are in better locations away from freeways like this one, many times the kids see a lot of traffic and homeless walking outside while they are playing in their play yard. The play-yard for the younger kids is nice, but not much for the older kids who are in their after school program. I think we are all looking for different things as parents and many dont pay attention to what really goes on in the program so you really cant trust what anyone says. I think there is definitely a lack of "quality" of care to the kids and "communication" to the parents. There are not much family involvement in the school, unless there is an event in which they want the families to bring something like food/supplies. But you would think considering they are learning a new language that they would try to include parents so they can learn and reinforce it at home as well. So although it is great to learn a new language-not so useful at home when you have no idea how to continue it. They have big class sizes. The director always says when asked "We are full" but there are constantly new children coming in the classes almost weekly to monthly. And for events it seems that there are about 30 kids in the class. I would recommend coming in there for at least a 2 week period spaced out and observe the teachers, staff, and classes you are interested in and get a good feel about the program. Dont just go when they are expected you, because that was my mistake. You really start to see things when your doing the unexpected. The Kindercare in Granite Bay has an amazing staff that have been there consistently for many years and an amazing director. I would check it out first before you decide to go to this school because you get better quality of care for your child and they cater to each individual childs needs. I changed my daughters school from there for a complicated reason, but I am contemplating her to return now that she is 4 and can go into a different class...but changing is challenging and although children are very good about changes I want consistency. But I am finding that is hard to keep going at this school as it is always changing, more so then other schools. I never felt that way over at the Kindercare in Granite Bay. But I would recommend instead of listening to parents to go spend a lot of time at the school before you decide...dont go by recommendations like I did for this school when I was trying to make a sudden decision for my child. Also they have cameras that look impressive-but honestly they have not been very useful cause u can barely see anything or your child from their class and your not able to access them from work or home. So dont look at the fluff in the beginning so much, look at the quality. I have learned as well that different people pay differently, even when going on vacations (some pay, while others dont)-they are not consistent even with how they collect payment or have preferential treatment. Goodluck!

I don’t normally write reviews; however, I came across some of the previously posted reviews about Knowledge Beginnings in Roseville, CA and felt it was important to give parents seeking for daycare providers an additional perspective. My wife and I have two children that we have enrolled in Knowledge Beginnings in Roseville for over a year and a half. Having had a very eye opening and truly disappointing experience with a Montessori school in Roseville, my wife and I were, to say the least very skeptical and apprehensive about finding a suitable daycare provider for our children. We were referred to Knowledge Beginnings by a friend and colleague and are truly grateful for it. Contrary to some of the previously posted reviews, I believe the Director, Assistant Director and staff at Knowledge Beginnings are competent, caring and truly represent the gold standard for daycare providers. My wife and I have continuous open communication with the staff at Knowledge Beginnings regarding the education and care for our two children on a daily basis. From the time we take our children to daycare in the morning to the time we pick them up, my wife and I are comfortable and confident that the staff at Knowledge Beginnings has the best interest of our children and their developmental growth at hand.

Our daughter attended pre-k here after moving from out of state. We attended a highly rated daycare center in our previous town and chose KB based on the recommendation of friends in the area. Given the amazing care we were accustomed to, I was a bit apprehensive initially, but KB has proven to be a great school. The pre-k teachers are communicative and they care deeply for each child. The center director is always available to talk with parents. They have dance classes, phonics, math, cooking etc (albeit for an extra monthly fee). Our child has made great academic progress in her time at KB and we highly recommend it.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! JUST FOR LOOKS! THEY TRY TO MAKE THE SCHOOL LOOK VERY FOO FOO< BUT THE CARE IS REALLY BAD> Teachers keep changing, inconsistent care, and the teachers dont really care for your kids, just a 9-5 job. Dont recommend this place...Look past the foo fooness and you will realize!

My grand daughter is a student, I do recommend the school highly, they have a group of loving caring teachers. The fact that they are cross from our Dental Office, I do notice that many parents are Dentists and Physicians, and those parents are very picky!

Love Stephanie, my sons teacher. She emails pictures and is excellent about keeping you informed about events going on in the class.
