Amazing school, with amazing staff. The director is one of the most kindest, caring, and understanding people I have ever met at any preschool. She actual listens and makes changes to accomodate it for your child if in fact it will benefit your childs needs. She is extremely honest and flexible. Very approachable. We miss you Ms. Melissa! Serena is her assistant and I cant say enough about her. She is always informing you and calling. There is not more then a week that goes by when you have not heard from her whether little or small. This school is I have to say #1 in their communication to staff and parents. If new people are coming or someone is ill with something contagious they pin up flyers immediately, and also make sure they verbally inform you at some point that very same day. The Phonics teacher Ms. Echo is the best and you will see major positive changes as your child continues in that program. Most all of the thier teachers stay there and have stayed there almost a decade if not longer because of what a great foundation and staff it presents. My child started there in their infant room, which is one of the hardest times for any parent, but the care takers and teachers are so caring and really give each child the attention they need individually. I have to say in this area after seeing so many schools that are similiar with long days and lunch/snack provided-this is the best school from a comparative view. The security sort needs a little revamping cause there is not a staff member in front when it is opened. But not sure if that has changed in the last year. I believe the staff tries to be in the front when people are coming in but many times there is no one who works there to greet you or check when i was going into the school. The play area for the 2s really needs some updating, but the kids at that age like playing in the dirt. They have a large play area for the 3s and older kids. They are not stingy with food and allow the kids to drink and eat as much as they want which I find in many schools this is not the case. They really get to know your child and care for them as if the child is their own. I would highly recommend spending at least a week observing to make the best decision for your child as to where to place them because recommendations via internet and from others can vary and its really hard to asses unless you go and see for yourself and get a feeling of how your child will adapt in any school environment. Hope your child has an excellent experience where ever they end of going but this school does not get enough credit for the amazing job they all do.

Had a bad experience with out 15 month daughter. We signed her up for 3 half-days per week at a specified rate. She attended one Friday at the agreed upon rate, the next Monday, after only 2 days in their care she got sick, I called to see what the sick policy was and explained that she had a rash and temperature. I was informed by staff that a bout of Hand Foot and Mouth disease (along with an apparent rash of other children) had broken out in their facility. Okay, no big deal, its common illness and not harmful just uncomfortable. similar to chicken pox. On Managements suggestion and request we kept her from attending until the rash subsided. Being ASSURED that the rate would stay the same for any sick days. Two weeks later we are being asked to pay for a single Half-Day rate ($185) because she only attended one day that week (Monday) and even though they had confirmed this would not affect pricing they couldnt get it by the district manager. That is one slick business model. We infect your kids, you pay for it! Ill be hiring an hourly baby sitter.

I did not care for this school. My son attended for a 6 month period and it was not a good fit for us. The kindercare in Rocklin is way better.
