Too many children with only 2 "non professional" staff. On Monday May 1st, 2017 we have registered our 2 years old daughter in the above mentioned facility at 9:00 am and paid full week in advance + first time registration fees, equals to the amount of ($225.00). It was my daughter’s first day ever in school and she was obviously feeling nervous and lonely. At about 11 am the facility called my wife and told her that my daughter is not stopping to use the color even though the coloring time is over! My wife replied that this is a normal behavior for a 2 years old kid in her first day. At 1 pm they called my wife again and told her that my daughter is not staying with the group! They called me for the third time at 3 pm and told me that she is not following the “protocols” and she is now sleeping outside the rest times! I replied that how do they expect that a 2 years old must adhere to the protocols on her first day? Their reply was they do not have time for her and we have to come and take her home now! I told her that I have work, my wife has work, and we cannot simply leave our work because our daughter is sleeping outside your sleeping hours. Her reply was you have to come and take the girls home now. My wife left her work and went to pick up my daughter, and when she saw her, her face was telling the whole story. She was obviously crying for hours without anyone at the facility paying attention to her or even care about her. Her eyes were red and big, and she jumped to her mom’s lap when she saw her. The behavior of the staff lacked any kind of professionalism and any experience dealing with children, which is very dangerous not only for my daughter, but for all the kids in the facility. Next day we asked for a refund of everything we have paid but the facility management indicated that they will only refund part of the paid amount because our daughter spent a whole day at the facility. My reply was that I will not pay for being careless with my daughter, and not being able to provide her with the care that she needs on her first day. Additionally, they asked us to take the girl home and wasn’t out decision.

Ive been in this location yesterday and it broken my heart which my 3 years old daughter was crying at the center. because the teacher hit her head and pushed her! its not safe place for kids, because they hired people that they are not capable for this position. also there is no name tag for teachers. They dont know whos working in the morning shift!!!! Is this possible? Nobody could tell a right and correct answer to my questions? they just said we dont know who worked in the morning!!!! what? So its not safe place! my daughter had been in several daycare or preschool and she always been happy and satisfied. I asked for hourly just for first time and then if we like it we can switch to daily payments! the lady in front desk said aggressively No! we cannot change it ! you have to decide hourly or daily right now! in addition the backyard was really small and they put 10 tricycles for kids, while it seems just one tricycle is enough for that space! kids never can move in this small backyard!!!

Our girls love thw folsom location. We never have any issues here. They always have fun, we get calls if there are any issues, and they kesp in touch. The ladies (and guy sometimes) that work there are awesome. Although unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the ElDorado hills staff and I REFUSE to take my children there due to my daughter being left in pee SOAKED clothes for god know how long on 2 locations.

The staff is great! Always smiling, and caring, and very professional. They try to keep the ratio 10 to 1.The center is always clean. My kids always love going here, they always come back with a smile on their face.
