I am a repeat customer who originally selected TRI-CO Painting after reading online customer reviews. I first had a great room/ dining room painted and the paint I was trying to match was a real nightmare. Tim was amazing with bringing out samples until the color was perfect. The care and attention to detail when the painting was performed was evident from the minute the crew set up, to the moment they took down all the tape and protective plastic. I never found one spot that required touch up or any clean up. The price was excellent and after seeing how my great room/dining room were "transformed" with the paint, I decided to call Tim again to have the master/guest bedrooms/baths painted. A different crew came out for the second project and I was amazed that they were as phenomenal as the first crew! They have a well orchestrated and efficient system of preparing each room, painting with GENUINE talent and leaving your home IMMACULATE! I also must add that in addition to being fabulous painters,both crews were personable,clean cut and professional. ALL the rooms look totally amazing and I could not be happier with the quality or price of both projects. I HIGHLY recommend TRI-CO Painting!

Trico Painting provided a very professional & personal service completing all details necessary for the job I hired them to do. Customer service began from my first contact with Tim Flood to the final finish date and time, as projected on our recent home exterior paint job. They communicated promptly and efficiently, covering all bases in preparation for the upcoming project with emails, an online paint ordering form, and confirmation of all that was submitted (including the deposit ahead of the job). They asked for the specific details on exterior placement of the paint color(s), the type of paint to be purchased per our request, the lustre, and color(s) chosen by us to be assured all options were covered. The job was handled well with the Operations Manager and his boss monitoring the job site appropriately. The paint crew was uplifting and with a great attitude, friendly, prompt and asked questions during the process to be certain it was going in the right direction. All of this counts in terms of a successful service and a job well done! My husband and I highly recommend them, hoping to use them again in the future!

This is the third time we have used Trico Painting and they continue to impress us! They have painted the exterior and the interior of our home. Out of all the bids we received, they were the lowest price, the quickest to respond, the most reliable, and the best quality. The team of painters is very professional and courteous. They do a fantastic job of taping everything, and I have never found any place that needs any touch up after they are done. They did an excellent job on the exterior and cleaned up around the outside of the house after every day of painting. After painting the interior of our home, they left the house super clean! We even asked if they could paint the baseboards/trim at the last minute and Tim was able to work that in. Tim is easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions/scheduling issues. We would definitely recommend Trico Painting and will use them again for any future painting we may need.

The team was very professional and the house looks great. They showed up on time for the estimate and for the day of painting. There was some trash left in the backyard but it was easy enough for me to clean up. They even installed the new exterior lights at no additional charge. They did a great job on repairing the trim and door frames. The reason for a 3 star review is the fact that nowhere on the contract does it mention that they do not accept paypal or credit card. They accept cash and check only. This was not told to us until the job was complete and they wanted their money. We should have known in advance and it should have written in their contract.

Ugh! Completely agree with the last reviewer. After an attactive quote, the work was dragged out over several days, the workers needed to be continually supervised to make sure the paint "just covered" what we wanted, and the owner was no where to be seen but to first present then collect. This was a royal headache, I took a recommendation from my realtor in addition to reading the past reviewers, have had my homes painted multiple times, but never done so poorly. Plus, the workers would often show up when they felt like it. Save yourself some grief and go with someone else. Im still touching up the mess.

We had a wonderful experience with Trico Painting. They told us what to expect up front so there were no surprises. They were always on time, working hard, and friendly. We had the entire interior of our home painted, and we didnt see any touch-ups needed upon completion. They were thorough, moved and covered all the furniture, and put everything back in place when they were done. And this was the best price by far of all of the bids we received. We definitely recommend them, and will be using them again in the future as needed. Thanks Tim, Lazaro, and the rest of the team!

I went online to find some painting companies, and came across Trico. They had a convenient online reservation service. It clearly states, "We consider your time and the contractors time very valuable and since our system allows you to directly access the contractors schedule, we ask for your utmost respect of everyones time. Thank you for your cooperation." I reserved a time and blocked my morning schedule. I get a call 6 minutes before my appointment from the contractor, saying that he was in Rancho Cordova and just got my email. That is not the "utmost respect" for my time.

Tim & his crew that painted our house were awesome (great job Mario & the rest of the crew)! Tim was generally always quick to respond to emails and calls. Surprisingly fast at times (even on weekends). We did have someone give us a lower estimate, but I have seen his work on a friends house and it was quality work (and I worked in construction for nearly ten years). When it comes to painting all the real work is in the preparation and they take the time to do things right! The guys were professional and we are very happy the quality job they did.

WOW! These guys are great. Starting with Tim, the owner, very nice guy, reliable and reasonably priced. His crew is fabulous and worked so hard even when the temperature outside was over 90 degrees. They are perfectionists and cleaned up as they went along. They were VERY patient with us as we decided what colors to use for the garage wood frame and deck posts. Our house looks amazing! When we are ready to do the interior I am absolutely going to give Tim a call! If I could give TRICO more than 5 stars I would!

The team at Trico Painting provided a clear and precise estimate for the interior of our Roseville home and they were very competitive price-wise. Trico was prompt timing wise and finished the job even before the time estimated. They were very thorough and professional and tidy. Trico was also flexible with minor changes.
