As a new board member for our HOA (Villas Grandiosas, San Jose) I did not have a lot of experience with contractors and we needed a lot of work for our Condo Building (roughly 14,000 sq feet). Jim was very professional and responsible from day 1! He patiently walked me through the process and gave us the best quote, beating all other painting companies in both price and amount of service included. His team showed up on time and every person who worked on our building took pride in their work and made sure even the smallest details were done right. All of the owners living in our building had nothing but great things to say about the crew and about how our building turned out! Jim went the extra mile to make sure to personally inspect the site routinely as our project progressed and collected feedback to make sure we are both on schedule and ensure high quality. Even after our project completed he followed up and had his crew touch up final areas even we signed off on completion. He made sure everything is 100% top notch quality. Great Service, Price, Communication and Talented Crew! As best as it gets!

I recently bought a older house built in the 70s and has those ugly acoustic ceiling / popcorn ceiling. I started looking around for painter who would do popcorn ceiling removal. Some of them quoted very cheap price over the phone and when they came out for actual quote, quoted outrages pricing. Some of them are not honest about not having license. J. Milliman Painting is the only one that came out and describe in great detail the process of removing popcorn ceiling. They deliver on the short amount of time I given them and the job is very well done. After the popcorn ceiling removal, they also painted the ceiling for me. Since they did an excellent job, I am having them do the exterior painting. I personally think that they are a very well trusted painting service and you cant go wrong going with them.
