We tried many cleaners before being very happy with this one. Our problems with other places? Mostly bad customer service. It would seem to me that dry cleaning is all about customer service and that is what Arden Cleaners consistently gives. Seems pretty simple, but it was amazingly difficult to find a cleaner that wasnt rude.
