I received my dress shirt torn. I didnt get charged from the cleaners however I didnt bother asking for an explanation. What is done is done and a shirts a shirt. However, the integrity of this cleaner for me has been tarnished and they will never receive my business ever again.

Worst service ever brought in a uniform jacket to get 5 patches sewn and a pair of jeans with a tiny rip in the seam to be fixed. First they charged me 37 dollars without dry cleaning and came monday to pick it up and it is still not ready. I will never come here again.
