This was the first and last time at USA Cleaners. I picked this place because of the great reviews on Yelp. I dropped off a few items to be dry cleaned, it only took about two days. The owner was really nice and seemed like he cared. Oh how I was wrong, I wish I never stepped foot into USA Cleaners. The buttons on my husbands Armani suit was destroyed. The owner tried to argue with me that the buttons were cheap, causing them to break. I explained that it was a very expensive suit, the buttons cant be cheap. He then said "I cant believe they would put on such cheap quality buttons an expensive suit". He then looked at the tag of the suit and realized it was Armani, so he blamed my previous dry cleaners. He said that my previous dry cleaners must have damaged the buttons and replaced it with these cheap one, but dont worry he will fix it for me. At that moment, I should have taken the suit back and brought it to my own tailor. When I finally got the suit back, the buttons were completely different. The original buttons were brownish with semi gloss. He switched it to BOLD MATTE BLACK buttons, it looked absolutely horrible. It did not match at all. This is a grey suit that is worn with brown shoes, NOT BLACK. When I was trying to look at the new buttons the owner kept explaining to me how the tailor did a very professional job fixing the buttons, how it looked great. Well they did not, it was very very obvious that the buttons have been changed because they did not stitch it correctly. Instead of arguing with the owner and trying to explain anything to him, I took the suit back and brought it to Nordstrom. The tailor at Nordstrom did a fantastic job and for only $12. You cant even tell that the buttons were switched out. I was very happy when I got the suit back from Nordstrom. When I got home to bag up the dress shirt with the suit, one of the buttons from the dress shirt broke off!!!!! The dress shirt was also dry cleaned at USA Cleaners. USA Cleaners did not just damage the suit buttons but they damaged a button on the dress shirt too. The owner really seemed like he cared about his workmanship. But I dont understand how he could have missed the damaged buttons on the suit, it was very obvious. I have posted photos to show the damages made by USA Cleaners.

Outstanding. I knew I was going to be spending a year in and out of the area and needed to have a good reliable cleaners. Well, I found that at USA Cleaners. The service is outstanding, the prices are very affordable, and I couldnt have asked for anything more. In fact, I have gone there so much that a couple of times as I was sitting in my car before I went in, they brought my clothes out to me. Now thats what I call service. As a former military guy, I am particular about my clothes and never once I have had an issue at USA Cleaners. Thanks so much for making my Roseville stays so much easier by having a great place to take my clothes.

I love USA Cleaners! The owner "SK" is very nice and treated me like a friend on my very first visit. I speak in public and my suits always look perfect in front of the audience. Im super busy and sometimes I need things done same-day and as long as I arrive in the morning its never a problem. As far as price is concerned, Im always surprised by how low my bill is. Its half of what Ive been charged at other places. I hope everyone goes to USA Cleaners so they be around for a long time.

this is the best cleaners in town. my clothes are done with great expertise and are always ready when promised. they do really good work and it is really inexpensive. the hours are really convenient for my schedule so I never have to go out of my way to make it there. They also have great alterations there, I would never go anywhere else to get my clothes fixed. I can kill two birds with one stone at this place. I highly recommend going to this location for all clothing inquiries.

I visited this dry cleaners for the first time. I have only used one other dry cleaners prior to this. I had no complaints with the first place I went, but I thought I would try a new place closer to home. I really wished I hadnt. Shockingly, I discovered that I can iron my clothes at home on my ironing board better than the USA Cleaners. Crazy to spend over $20 to have your clothes ironed when you have take them home and iron them again yourself.

Best in town, went here to get my coat dry cleaned. The staff found a broken button and fixed the button in house. All I can say is well done, I loved how my coat came assembled when finished as a product. Small business but also well established.

The only place I will take any of my clothes. In the past I have ironed my own clothes but i decided to try out USA cleaners and man did they make my uniforms look good. Price was amazing also. Love this place and the staff is very friendly.
