If could give this place 10 stars I would! I rented vehicle at the San Diego airport and while on vacation went to the beach. The day prior to flying out someone put something on the hood and scratched it all up. I was very worried that I would get charged a TON of money or the rental company would file an insurance claim,worried bcs Im a Service Manager at one of the largest Car Dealers in Oklahoma and in the 19 years I have been there if a customer would have brought the van in the condition it was we would have charged the customer for repairs. Need less to say I went there shortly after they opened morning I was to fly out. Upon arrival to the facility was greeted by two gentlemen I told them my story and told no problem they would need the vehicle for an hour and a half and fix me up. Sure enough I was on my way like they had said. Shorty after I left received a call that I had left my sun glasses (worth $240.00) I was in such a hurry I had forgot them on a table were I sitting came right back and got them....all I got to say is how you WOW!!!! Guys Thank you and your team!!!!

Chris is an amazing person. I had a split front bumper from an eighteen wheeler blowing a tire in front of me. I had taken my car to multiple shops to get estimates. Each shop ranged up to 2,000 dollars to get it fixed. I thought this to be absurd and decided that this would be my last place to look before deciding to live with my cars disfigurement. Chris estimated out to 1.4k and then lowered it to 1.1k . I was blown away, agreed right on the spot. They even got it done same day, other places said 4 days(bullshiters), I couldnt believe it. These guys take the cake when it comes to customer service. If anything ever happens to my car im coming back. So happy I found this place(not gunna lie, its hard to navigate here. The little shopping area is confusing). Also there were pieces missing from the bumper when they ordered it. They ordered those pieces and will be putting them on free of charge. Seriously the best place ever.

Motorcycle people! I broke my faring on my custom painted 2013 Vic Vegas. I order a new faring, needed it painted. Im the third owner of this custom painted motorcycle, I had no way to contact original owner or anyway to find out who painted it. It is a satin Matte metallic. I have never seen this paint on any motorcycle or vehicle. I took the new fairing & piece of the broken faring into "Chris".. He looked it over for a few minutes, told me his painter can do it. I was a little hesitant because of the finish and the metallic but he reassured me he can match it. He had it done in a few days, the match was phenomenal! I was skeptical that they could match this very rare paint color. Spot on! Bottom line is this , Chris is professional easy to talk to and will be upfront and honest with you. Thats what you really need from any business, honesty and integrity, he has those attributes. Gary Guzman

After doing a little bit of research I learned that Body Shop Express LLC had amazing reviews and decided to give them the opportunity to repair my vehicle. I was not disappointed. Im not saying I would love to have my car in an accident again but I wouldnt mind it if it was because I know Body Shop Express LLC will take great care of me. They did an amazing job with my car! Chris was so helpful, kind, and informative through out the whole process. They had my car in and out in just two days after being rear ended and even organized the rental car pick up and drop off for me! When I picked up my car it had not only been cleaned inside and out, but they buffed out and touched up the paint on an old dent/scratch. Chris gave me honest answers to all my many questions regarding just about everything on my car, even things completely unrelated to my repair. I really cant say enough about how amazing the service was here from start to finish! Would recommend to anyone!!

I went to Body Shop Express to replace the back and front bumpers on my 2013 Nissan Leaf in the middle of October 2015. Chris O’Neil was my service representative. He is a very professional, nice, and straight forward individual and he did an excellent job explaining what to expect, and even arranged my rental car. I have been to many body repair shops over the past 30 years and this is the BEST service that I have ever received in terms of customer support services and the quality and the timeliness of the repair. My experience was great and I will highly recommend Body Shop Express to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about body shop express. I got hit last week and brought my car in on Tuesday. What could have been a really frustrating situation was made SO EASY, by the awesome staff there. They called me to schedule the appointment and helped with scheduling my rental car. They told me my car would be done Monday and ended up finishing it on Thursday the same week I dropped it off! When I picked my car up they had detailed it and it looked amazing. I was blown away by the service and professionalism at the body shop. I would recommend them to everyone!

Outstanding customer service all around. Extremely honest, quoted me a much lower price than a nearby place even though I told them I wasnt terribly concerned about the price since someone else was paying. They also got the repair done in a single day (as opposed to three days they said at the other body shop). They cleaned and polished the whole interior as well which was a nice bonus! The manager, Chris, was super friendly and accommodating with my busy schedule. Car looks brand new, couldnt be more satisfied!

Great experience! Neighbor wrecked my car and I went through his insurance. I was worried itd be a hot mess since it wasnt my insurance company—complete opposite. Dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready by Wednesday. They handled all expenses with the insurance and I was treated very well. Best part was when they asked "how can we make this experience better for you" or something along those lines Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience as they went out of their way to help me and also keep me informed on the progress of my car. Chris also helped take care of the insurance claims as well. It was a great relief after having an accident to have someone make things so easy for me. My car was finished in a timely manner and it looks great.
