6 STARS FOR TRUST......because I trusted these guys to fix the ding in my Nissan 350Z and they did a PERFECT JOB! When some ass-wipe in a pick-up truck reversed into my 305Z in the car park of Philz Coffee Encinitas while I was inside enjoying lunch I was devastated.Of course ass-wipe refers to a driver who dings your car and takes off without leaving any contact details.Luckily my State Farm insurance agent Vladan Trifunovic is the best in the business so after making just one phone call my 350Z was on the path to a prompt repair.Because the damage to my Zs fender was minimal Vladan told me to take my car to my preferred smash repair place, get a quote and book it in for immediate repair. He would take care of all the red tape and pay them quickly for the work done on my car.I chose Torrey Pines Collision Center because I had dealt with them about 18 months ago for a previous repair and I got to know the owner Patrick Mead ...and trusted him.I dropped my 350Z off last Friday,Feb 24th and I picked it up Thursday,March 2nd.The car looks amazing...they had to fit a brand new factory fender and respray the front bumper. One of the workers Julio even washed and waxed the whole car.....it hasnt looked so shiny clean in years.I have to thank Patrick,J.J, Paula,Julio and all the guys who worked on my beautiful Nissan 350Z Roadster which I have owned since new.You can totally trust these people to do the best job fixing your pride & joy.

My vehicle was rear ended in slow traffic by a big truck from some trucking company and I went to this place because of the good reviews online. My bumper had minimal damage but wanted to file a claim anyways because the bumper didnt seem aligned with the body. I was very disappointed with the service. The bumper misalignment was never fixed and they didnt seem to care. They were unresponsive and didnt seem to care. I heard from another nearby automotive business that the original owner retired and left his son in charge. Would not recommend them to anybody. They do have the coolest, friendliest bull dog in their office though.

Obviously, if you find yourself sitting in an auto body shop, chances are the dice have not rolled in your favor. Car wrecks suck, but the guys at TPCC do a great job of easing the discomfort of having a smashed-up car. I brought my 1998 Honda Accord (a.k.a. "The Squeal-Mobile") in and she now runs just like she did the day I drove her off the lot. But in all seriousness, this shop is the place to go. They are easy to work with, great communicators, and the office has a relaxed, but professional vibe. Also, Dave offered me a mint-flavored toothpick while I waited for my car to be detailed!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Got my car towed to this shop after an accident and they gave me a good estimate but I wanted to wait for my insurance company to get back to me before they went ahead with the repairs. The owner brought it into the shop for a few minutes, bent the fender back into place and zip-tied the bumper so that I could drive the car away and think about it for the next few days while I get the insurance situation sorted out.

Torrey Pines Collision Center fixed a major leak problem I had with my roof 3 1/2 years ago. We knew that it might happen again over time. TPCC said if it does, please bring the vehicle in to be repaired. Today I brought it back into the shop, and the new damage was fixed at no charge. If I could give a rating of higher then 5, I would.
