Gave lowest estimate for repairs by 1000-1500 compared to 3 other shops - when I compared the estimates, I found they did this by leaving out 3 very essential parts. Disappointed. When I called to ask about having the estimate corrected or amended, both the woman and man I spoke with were rude and could not have cared less. The woman even asked why they would want to update their estimate to which I could only reply - I had wanted to have my car repaired there! - why else???! Im sure this shop has their decent points - however service and estimates for service are not their forte.

This company is superior in both customer service and workmanship. Monte, John, Jeff, Robert and Donna not only get the job done quickly with quality repairs but do it with class. These people work with all insurance companys and make you feel like part of the family while addressing with what otherwise is a tough time. Look no more people!! These folks are incredible! They are so friendly, reliable and honest. The price they quoted me was the price I was charged-- no shenanigans! It was ready the day they said it would be ready. The work they did was perfect. They are very detail oriented. I live in Encinitas and drove down just to use them based in the positive google reviews. They definitely lived up to the hype. My car ended up in better shape than before the accident. I cant say enough nice things about Fender Mender. Great people & customer service. They clearly love what they do and it shows. The paint match was perfect, bodywork etc is great. They left my car very clean inside & out. It almost makes me glad I got hit.

I brought my Volkswagen Rabbit here after somebody rear ended me. Not only did they color match perfectly after fixing the damage, but they even washed the entire car removing all of the hard water stains that had built up. A seriously superb job on Fender Menders part.
