This was my worst experience with a body shop so far I had to take my van back 2 more times after the first time I got it back it is ridiculous how a lot of these so called highly reviewed shops are still in business Im not taking my van back for the rest of the mistakes they f****n suck passenger side TAIWAN fender does NOT line up with the oem headlight the grill insert on the front bumper on the driver side was just shoved in my husband had to pull it off and reinsert it same with the rear bumper it was below the clips my husband and his friend had to remove the bumper and re install it and they covered all the little imperfections in wax had to re sand cut and buff the passenger side fender and my personal detail guy said theres not enough material on the fender so its a challenging piece for him but got it fixed all I know is they wasted 180$ on the detail also had or actually am having a bad experience with enterprise as well theyre charging me for the rental and trying to say its extras I asked for when the receipt clearly says I denied everything this is the WORST experience I have EVER had with a accident they need to change there phone message when they put on hold that says "you get back your vehicle in preaccident condition" nothing but lies and headaches and btw j. Sierra needs to get fired in my opinion cause he did the work look at the pics

Along with everyone else if there was a negative option theyd be getting double that. My husband took his truck there after being rear ended. Seemed ok and they were nice. 2 weeks later we got our truck back, They did a good job outside and even waxed it. HOWEVER once we got in...... upon inspection, he realized someone had stolen his Brand new sets of tie downs (leaving all the crappy ones spread out all over the floor) went thru the glove boxes and center consoles. Stole a bank envelope full of gas receipts needed for work for refunds at tax time , stole his Bluetooth adapter and phone charger, all the quarters in his change compartment. And left everything else sprawled over the floor in the back of the cab. When we talked to the supervisor about it. He said let me go take a look in back to see if someone set them back there while cleaning. SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?! Why would in this rediculous earth would they take out THOSE items and leave everything else. And just leave them hanging out back in the back of shop???? Come on. Lets be real. Your employees STOLE FROM US!!!!! You better believe a police report and insurance will be taking care of this!!! How can you sleep at night knowing you steal from people who entrust something so valuable and so important and not have a conscious???!?!? You should be ashamed of your self!!!!

Caliber does everything to REMOVE BAD reviews and PHOTOS of their horrible repair jobs!!. Its been 2 years and I am still pissed at these guys, so I updated the review for everyone to see. Under Photo section its bunch of generic photos because Caliber removed all the bad photos people posted. I took the BMW M5 for repair here; "repaired" engine critical components on undercarriage with Zip-ties, did NOT put all the parts back on, left damaged parts on, and more. Took it to another body shop and they wrote up $3000+ worth of additional repairs that Caliber skipped. Follow the whole story and get all the details at M5Board by Google-ing "(inter)transcontinental accident m5board". Its almost like an evil joke. 0/10 points for these guys. I am a VERY technical guy & always repair car myself (except this time was an accident not mechanical), I wonder how many more of the hack-jobs theyve done on less knowledgeable peoples cars. Avoid at all costs. Big corporate place, probably pressure employees to work within alloted work hours per job, so if something else is wrong that takes extra time, they just hack-job it. Very awful place. 0/10. I just updated this review, its been two years since the issues. Still pissed off.

If I have a choice I would rate negative Star for this facility "Caliber Collision Center in Riverside" First, they ask me to sign off without letting my inspect my vehicle Second, the vehicle is dirty inside & out Third, they disassembled my vehicle engine to repair the faming and dont know how to assemble back to it original specification plus few parts broken & tangling when I open up my engine to check which I ask them and they try to blame on me that its broken when they got it which is #^*£$@%£ Fourth, I got upset and drive off then I find out my steering control function (phone, radio, cruise control, etc . . . ) all not working at all which I turn around immediate back to their shop and told them whats going on. They turn around and said they have nothing to do with it. Its not working when they got my vehicle which is a lie and they know it. Now they try to denied the repair and said its not their responsible. If anyone have their vehicle there please have it tow to other body shop to avoid the headache later. My first time and also the last time with them

It would more accurate to give them zero stars, but this site requires you to put at least one star. This business doesnt deserve even one star. my car was in a collision, the damage was estimated at $4,000 by an independent contracter who appraised it. i took it to calliber collisions, one of their employees came out to look at the damage to my car, and arrogantly told me that there was no way they could repair it for less than $9,000 (!!!!) He was rude and insensitive, and didnt spend any time talking about it with me further. Then I took my car to Inland Empire Autobody & Paint, and they repaired everything, making it look like new, for $1,000 less than the original estimate! And Inland Empire Autobody has the most wonderful customer service, the complete opposite of the assholes at Caliber Collisions. See my review of IE Autobody to read more. Ive since learned that Caliber Collisions has profit quotas they have to meet, so they are basically required to overcharge people in order to meet their quotas. Dont waste your time going to them.

If there was a rating HIGHER than 5 stars, this Caliber Collision on Indiana Avenue would earn it! My experience from start to finish was outstanding! From the moment I first walked in the door and was greeted by Dash, to the expertise and incredible status up date calls from my service advisor, Cheryl Medina, to the checkout and paperwork handled by Erica (who invited me to inspect my car first), to the final walk through and tire detailing with Justin, I was so impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all four employees. My car, a 2015 Honda Civic, was repaired FLAWLESSLY, both in replacement and painting of the side quarter panel, and most especially in blending the blue metallic paint perfectly. So kudos, and thanks, to all the craftsmen at Caliber who worked on it! I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision on Indiana! And...there is a lifetime guarantee as well :-)

This review pertains to the new Caliber location at 14th Street and Park Avenue (formerly City Body and Frame.) CB & F has always been my "go to" place whenever I needed auto body work done on either of my two vehicles. The workmanship was always flawless and the service was seamless. When I was told Caliber Collision had purchased the business I was really concerned about where I would take my business when another inevitable dent, ding or other more serious damage occurred. Sure enough, not but a few weeks later, some moron put a scrape on the rear bumper of my wifes car in a parking lot. What to do. I decided to take it to Caliber on 14th. I need not worry any more. It was as if nothing had changed. Perfect work, sincere, personal, as well as professional service. Was I relieved, you bet! Was I pleased with Caliber and their staff? An enthusiastic, Yes!
