This 5 star rating is earned and heres why; About 4 years ago, I got into my first auto accident. The guy hit me on my passenger side of my car and I had to look for an auto shop. I did some research and found Sula Auto Body Shop in Rialto. Once I got to meet the people they were very nice and knowledgeable. They told me they would talk to my insurance company and give me advice on what to do. As it turned out, I was not at fault and Sula Auto Body Shop help me fix my car and gave me a rental which was a plus. If I can recommend one auto body shop especially to anyone in San Bernardino County it would be Sula Auto Body Shop.

I took in my 2009 Infiniti M35 for front-end damage repair and a 2 door paint job to buff out some scratches and their work was outstanding. The turn around time was rather quick, I was provided with a free car rental, and they were also able to lower my insurance deductible. I’m usually very cautious about taking my vehicles to auto body shops, because I’m afraid of being overcharged, but Elizabeth (the owner) was very helpful and informative with the estimate. I really appreciate the great service! If you want to avoid a headache, definitely come to Sula.

on 12/2016 the vehicle was taken for body work and over two moths the vehicle was taken i took the car with a tow truck because it was not drivable and had to taken to a dealer who solve the problem,added more cost and at the same time the body shop did a poor job in painting using use parts that i could see the color of the carparts ,not well connected to body frame as well the suspension was put properly by using screw that are not to be use,this body shop really does a poor job and i highly advice not to take otherwise you can take legal action.

We had some insurance work done Sept 09 (because of an accident) and Sula did a wonderful Job on our car and they had great Customer Service. We really are pleased with how nice our car looks and how nice the owners were. This is the first time we needed bodywork done but based on our experience we would definitely recommend them.
