THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Three weeks after moving to Southern California about a year ago I was in an accident that just about totaled my car. I had no idea were to have repairs done, and ended up having my car towed to Rancho Auto Body. I LUCKED OUT! I dropped my car off, gave them my insurance information, and was told not to worry because they would take car of everything. Throughout the repair process, Kevin was giving me regular updates and keeping my informed on insurance and what was being done to my car. My insurance hadnt finished paying the total balance due on the car before the work was completed, but THEY GAVE ME MY CAR ANYWAY without asking for the additional $1,500 up front before the insurance paid. Who does that?! Fast forward a year, and my A/C goes out. I call the shop and describe the problem and what do they say? It could be SOMETHING THEY MISSED THE FIRST TIME, or related to the previous accident and if so, they will contact my insurance company and file another claim on my behalf. I was fully prepared for a $300+ bill and a lengthy repair, but got the complete opposite. Its so refreshing to deal with a company who not only does great work, but is honest and goes above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you guys!

I brought my husbands M3 in for some minor bumper damage and Kevin was courteous and professional in providing a quick estimate. They quoted well below the dealer cost (not surprising) but also 5% below other shops in town. They completed the job on time and without any hassles which would be enough for at least 4 stars. But heres where they earned 5 stars. I was going out of the country on vacation for 10 days and I wanted to have the work done during this time. I asked them to contact me via email if there would be any increase to the estimate. While I was on vacation I received an email from Kevin to let me know that the work was complete and it actually come in UNDER estimate. Granted, it was only about $20 or so but every bit helps and I was just so impressed with their honesty. When I got home I went to pick up the car the next morning and is was there waiting for me, freshly washed. Great service, honest people!

I had what seemed a simple fix to the side of my car. The parts were back ordered and my car was in the shop for nearly a month. The issues were when I picked up the car, the panels didnt line up and the doors were rubbing the inside panels. The gentleman (very generous term) blamed the mis-alignment on the make of the car, saying that all GMCs are flawed and got angry. Turns out they took shorts cuts, forgot to replace a major bolt on the front door, didnt glue panels back into place. Also turns out that the side paneling was mysteriously fixed in a couple of hours. I have absolutely no confidence in their competence, customer service or their workmanship. Now they are automatically charging my credit card 1 1/2 months later because the insurance company wont pay them $61 bucks.

This shop is the best! I am usually wary of mechanics and auto body shops, but I only have good things to say about my experience with Rancho Auto Body. My car was near totaled in a rear-end accident and it looked good as new when I when I received it back. They were honest, straight forward and they do great work. I will always take my car here in the future for any body work. Every time I called, I was able to speak with the gentleman in charge of doing the work on my car. They are friendly and efficient and finished my car before the estimated completion date!

My Subaru was involved in a minor fender bender and I decided to take the vehicle to Rancho Auto Body. This business is as professionally run as any Fortune 500 company. The front office was excellent, paperwork professionally prepared, explained and delivered for signing. Once the vehicle was checked in an estimate was prepared along with an indication of how long it would take to make the repairs. Talk about under promising and over delivering. Horrendous customer service. I was in an accident and live out of state. My car was being repaired and delayed and no one thought to call me to tell me it was delayed so I flew my family out there to be disappointed and then I was PROMISED a phone call back with an accurate estimation and that also didnt happen. Disappointed from beginning to end with their lack of accountability and communication with my asset that I need for my family. Wasted so much time and energy on this worthless shop. Would not recommend with so many options in the area!

I didnt feel treated well, but because this shop was close to my home and there was one positive review I took a chance. The cost to fix the dent on my Audi door was astronomical, they were brusque and rude. I did get an estimate but later I found out I could have gotten it done for much less. Always go with a man, or you risk being taken advantage of.
