Dont go there, I will tell everyone I know not to go there. I took my Denali there over a month ago and I was given three different finishing dates but I never said anything because I was enjoying my gas saving rental, David kept bothering me about giving them good reviews so I did. I owed them 196 for a check I cashed not a problem but since I have to pay them might as well tell them about my door handle lock that was damaged that he overlooked. When I got there the receptionist was a rude little b**** that wanted to argue and go back and forth because I said Id pay after the completion of the work, which she said ok to but still wanted to argue, David was walking around on the phone upset dealing with another customer after finally getting to me, there was no hi, how are u, how can I help, he came outside already upset and didnt display any of that customer service that he was faking in the first place. He did not want to deal with me and it was obvious, even acting like my insurance wouldnt cover it which they did in five minutes of a phone call. Now Im going to a Caliber Collison in San bernardino because I dont trust them to handle my truck. After reading all there reviews I see Im far from the only one there were rude and unprofessional to.

Do not bring your vehicle for repair to this body shop. They are a very dishonest people, took my vehicle in for a rear bumper and light repair and a hitch repair, they did full replacement parts but color match is poor at the firts wash my towels were full of the paint there is no clear coat and the metallic appearance is not there and paint job also beware of your vehicle having other symptoms cause my is having many after taking my vehicle to them. My vehicle they keep it for over 2 weeks and the under covers clips of axels were removed they claim they have not work on it and you know it is your work against theirs, I regrate taking my Nissan Armada for repair, my vehicle doesnt run the same it used to be any more just wonder what they do to my vehicle. Not honest people stay away from them call better business bureau and local authorities so they can close them out.

This is the last time I go there. So I went in to fix my car so they could fix my check engine light problem. I have one of the check engine light scanners so I already had the code to the problem. But they tried telling me it was a million other things. So I was like alright its cool just make the light go away. After they gave me back the car the light was off but after driving it for a bit it came back on and started making an entirely new sound that i had never heard before. I went back to try to tell them what happened but they kept insisting it was my driving. So I am never going back again to this place. Save your money people and take your business else where. The girl at counter was rude as hell and they treat you like a dumbass.

AAA recommended Caliber Collision to us after I needed to have my car towed. The manager was so nice and took care of my car right away. His employees are also so on top of things and very organized. We were so thankful AAA recommended this shop because it saved my husband and I a lot of trouble. Next time we have any issues with our cars we will be coming here for sure. Thank you!!

Racist staff! The staff here dont know anything about customer service and have no problem disrepcting customers. All the cars that i have brought here, including friends have had recycled parts, this place just wants your money. Take it anywhere else but this place.

Told my wife to take her car there after a fender bender. They did a good job, the only issue was they replaced the rear bumper but didnt attach the rear bumper spoiler correctly and its been loose all this time. I have been meaning to take it back.

Dont bring your business here, horrible service. Been going there for years, so have my parents and grandparents. Last time they worked on my car, the color tone didnt match and my car came back with a faulty door lock. Dont waste your time here.

Dropped off my husband car for front bumper repair. And it was done very well, they even fixed the front light. Car was ready when they said it would be. Great service from the front desk ladies. I will return if need be.
