I honestly wish i could give them no stars. The owner is full of crap and is a pathological liar. I have personally caught him in multiple lies and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They have had my car for a month now and still cant get it back. For the first two weeks they didnt look at my car or touch my car. When i went to go see it it was covered in dirt and spider webs, when i confronted the owner he didnt know anything about my car and told me to come back later that day. For me thats a 45 minute drive but i still went back. I called my insurance before going back and got some information such as the fact that they had received the payment and cashed it a week prior and they had gave him the estimate in hand. When i arrived the owner tried telling me that he had not received an estimate or payment and didnt have it on record that he did. i told him that i had already spoke to my insurance and they had it on record that they had not only received everything but cashed the check. That was lie number one. Now he told me my car was done today and i could pick it up but this morning while i was on my way to pick up my car i got a call from them saying they wouldnt release it to me today until they had their last check in hand. I called the owner and told him he needed to stop all this crap and give me my car. Now he says the car is not finished being fixed. This place is very unprofessional and tells lie after lie after lie. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! *****UPDATE******* The owner has sent me very rude text messages and gave me a fake number when i asked for the tow truck companies number. This tow truck company was suppose to bring me my car today. He is also claiming he hasnt received payment for my vehicle but my insurance sent him proof of payment. He still has my car and will not return it. Also the owner still owes me $20 for towing my car when i had already payed with my bank card.

This place should be shut down for poor work ethic. From the owner down to the tech are compulsive liars. I can only hope whoever is reading this is doing their research BEFORE leaving your car in their hands. They have had my car since July 10, 2016 as of today (October 19, 2016) I still dont have my car! I have been lied to repeatedly from the Joe (the owner) from blaming my insurance for lack of payment when my adjuster has always called me to inform me when the have received and cashed each check. For that past 9 weeks I have been kept being promised tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow and again tomorrow. Himself and he receptionist will begin to ignore all my calls, texts and emails. When they finally answer its only to lie about what is being done to my car. Save yourself the headache and avoid the anger and disappointment from this horrible "business". They are the complete worst. I wouldnt even like to give them one star but I cant give you the warning without doing so. PLEASE BEWARE.

I have the same exact experience as Diana Moran had with this place. The owner has cashed two checks from my insurance company and all I get is excuse after excuse. He keeps telling me that all he needs is one more day. What a bunch of horse crap. He is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. His name is Joe (dont know his last name). I thought that president obama was horrible. This guy takes the cake over him. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!! Take it to a more professional car place. You dont want a nightmare like this.

A nightmare on March 16,2016 I made the horrible mistake to take my car to get fix the insurance company release a check to pay for the service on March 18 2016 its May 31,2016 i still dont have a car yet all I hear from them its excuse after excuse the owner doesnt even have the decency to return my calls he keeps telling me lies after lies , . I would not recommend this shop to anyone there not professional at all ...

My car was involved in a major accident & Joseph at collision experts of riverside took good care of my car...it was amazing & even though it took a little more time than expected it came out awesome...thank u guys... If anyone needs there car done please take it to their shop....I give them a 5 star rating....
