Lyeraly the worst place I have ever worked. The kitchen employees do not follow servesafer rules and regulations and the foods that are prepared are exposed to a lot of contamination prior to being put on your airliner. The employees and 95% Chinese and philipino, they do not speak English and do not train new employees properly. These Asians will use a knife to cut raw meat and them use that same knife to portion cooked chicken without cleaning the knife. I have seen my trainer cough and sneeze multiple times in his hands and not wash them before moving onto prep or cooking. Do not eat airline food. Do not we eat anything served on planes. It is all contaminated and it is all prepared wrong!!!!
