This location on Hosmer St flat our disgusting. The AC did not work, the doors were wide open with insects flying in, and due to the heat and doors being open, there were a ton of gnats flying around the food. I lost my appetite at the site and heat in the store, and left. I went one other time and it was the same situation. AC not working, doors wide open and gnats covering the food. The workers seemed nice enough, but apparently the owner or management thinks more of holding back money vs. ensuring the store is comfortable and safe from insects on the food. I wont be going back and I would not only refuse to refer anyone there, I tell people about the condition its in and how they should avoid it.

The area of this horrible and ghetto like one of the other review said the parking spots suck there on a hill and hardly back in and out next to a bar I went in there one time and was treated extremely rude by the two women working in there but I went in there earlier today and there were different people working a man and a woman the man being the manager and they were extremely friendly I was still only go there if it was the only Subway open

Terrible service. Asked her to cut the sandwich in half and wrap it individually but since she was lazy, she said she was going to charge me for two 6 inch. sandwiches instead of a foot-long. After 10 years of going to Subway, this is never happened to me. Worst place ever in my opinion. She was also rude to me while I was ordering and try to rush me along. Even though there was no line behind me.

Obviously closes at 10:46pm not midnight. Door was open, place illuminated, but the sandwich maker rudely screamed that they were closed without ever taking her eyes off the hunk she was flirting it up with. Who needs to sell sandwiches when, more importantly, a date is being negotiated?

The food here is like any other subway. My complaint is while at this location, I requested a certain sub and was informed that they were out. I understood as it was later in the evening. The staff then proceeded to make the exact sub I requested for her friend that came in after us.

The staff is really friendly. They are all well groomed, and always in a good mood. I like this store a lot ots convenient for location and very clean. The lady manager msg Jennifer is a great person. I love this place.

When Im road tripping and ask to use the restroom you dont need to say, "Are you going to be quick? Dont leave it a mess," after giving me salty looks. Makes me want to WRECK your bathroom and Im not that kind of lady.
