The pizza at Round Table is always great. The problem with this location is their service. I placed an online order on a Friday night 20 minutes before I got there. I showed up at the time my pizza was supposed to be ready. I walked in and went over to the Carry Out register, which was clearly marked with a sign above it. After standing there for a couple minutes, the cashier at the other counter told me that there wasnt actually a register there and that the owner was was supposed to take down the sign a long time ago. She also informed me that I would have to stand in line behind 8 other people that were at the other counter. 8 other people who probably hadnt taken the time to preorder online and 8 other people who probably hadnt waited to show up until their pizza was supposed to be ready. Instead, I asked the cashier to cancel my order, as having to wait in line behind that many people defeated the entire purpose of placing an order online. I wasnt about to wait in line for another 20-30 minutes just to get a cold $25 pizza. The cashier seemed entirely unaffected by the fact that they were losing a customer and just asked for my name so that she could successfully cancel my order. The whole interaction left me perturbed so the next day I called and spoke to the manager. He stated he reported directly to the owner. He also, seemed entirely unaffected by my experience, not even offering so much as an apology for it. He also stated that the owner was supposed to take down the Carry Out sign a long time ago. Round Table is expensive. This is not a cheap pizza. I was 30 minutes from my home, having made the trip specifically for this reason. Based on this experience, I will never again visit this location or give this owner ANY of my business. If I visit another Round Table in this area, I will call ahead to make sure its not the same owners, as the owner appears that he/she couldnt care any less about the guests experience. If you dont have a Carry Out counter, dont offer online ordering for your location. Plain and simple. This is 2016.

I called in my order (2 large pizza, Garlic Twists, 16 Wings)for delivery @ 1256p, on my receipt is was placed at @ 107p they let me know it will take 45-60 minutes. The located is exactly 3 miles away. I called after our order did not show up @ 210p. They said Colleen, our driver, left the store about 15 minutes ago...But she had another order to deliver along with our order. Shorty after I called I received a phone call from Colleen she said they got behind on deliveries but she was on her way. 230p rolls by and still no pizza, so I called store again and asked to speak to a Manager, I let him know we still have not received our food and its been an hour and 30 minutes. He asked what I ordered I told him my order, he asks if Colleen has arrived yet, I replied No. He said on our next order we will get a 15% discount, I replied with I hope our pizza is warm. When she finally arrived at 235p, I did not tip her. Our pizza was warm the breadsticks were not warm and the wings were not fresh. Our next order will be a pickup and most likely our last order. They need to get better on their delivery and get faster driver.

Everything was Absolutely Great! When I was younger going to Round Table Pizza was a treat. There food was always great and I would look forward to eating there with anticipation and eagerness. But I moved East and there where no Round Table restaurants! But now I am back on the West coast again, and I must say that I am highly impressed with the entire experience I had at this Round Table Pizza! My family and I came for the lunch buffet which they teased me with for a couple days letting my anticipation build and by no way was I disappointed!!!! I would recommend to everyone this Round Table Pizza. Without a doubt the manager here cares and still has his passion for the brand. All of the employees were professional and friendly and made us feel welcome the whole time, even after we sat around in the dinning room for an hour after we ate talking and watching TV. You will not be disappointed with your experience here. Great job to all the staff and crew youve renewed my faith in restaurants once again.

Been to this location a few times. Every single time there are dirty tables for the entire time I am here. No people at the table, just empty dirty tables. I would like to get a salad, however the salad bar appears never to be maintained. I am at the restaurant right now, there are 10 tables that are amity and dirty. The salad bar was being filled 10 minutes ago, but hasnt been wiped down from the evenings business. The service counter has trash across it, where silverware is kept. This restaurant needs a health inspector. The company should review their pricing in comparison to other pizza restaurants. A medium pizza and 1 drink for 25.57. Next time well go to MOD pizza. Same size pizza and a drink for $10.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted my a friendly employee. She quickly took our order, helping us decide which toppings. We went, with beers, to a table and relaxed while the pizza cooked. It didnt long before a nice young man brought our pizza. Then he went a got plates and silverware for us. The pizza was great! The lady that took our order came to our table and made sure we had everything we wanted and then a few minutes later brought us a box for the rest of our pizza before we could even ask for it. Awesome service from nice friendly people! This is now our place for pizza.

I am not one to leave reviews but this is upsetting. $40 bucks for items and you mess up my delivery order. I call back and your manager will not talk to me and says I can come get the sauce. Why would I not just have come pick up the pizza then? Want me to come back there and make my own order while Im at it. Terrible customer service. Pizza is actually nasty and forgot my sauce for the garlic twist. Im supposed to eat that dry ass bread with no sauce? Never again will I pay that much for cardboard with dry stuff on top. See you tomorrow. Someone will talk to me then.

I love the buffet. The staff is always affichent. There is one manager that know matter how the day started she is always happy and has a smile on her face. You are so lucky to have her as an employee. Whenever I am in town I always go to Round Table. This employee is always on top of things. When someones order gets messed up she does everything to fix that and makes sure the customer is taken care of, this young lady is Andrea Jamison. She is quite a hard worker.

only thing good there was there pizza if you didnt mind the grease. i dont know if it was because it was on a Sunday or what, but it was very slow there when we came in and there were like 3 tables that had not been cleaned yet still had food on it. and there was a chair at a table that blocked a walk way. the bus boy restocked the Parmesan cheese shakers and walked right passed another chair that needed to be put back where it needed.
