The pristine condition of the studio is what I fell in love with. However, the studio doesnt have the Zen appeal like another Yoga studio that Ive been to. The only negative with this place is the room is not dim and lights are turned on full blast during the class. I always thought Yoga was supposed to be peaceful and tranquil. I compared notes with other students and they agreed that its way too bright in the room. Perhaps if they put blinds to dim/darken the room, they would earn 5 stars.

Teachers are too good and very friendly, the way they teach is too good, they try to get the best out of you, I felt really good mentally and physically after joining this place. All the types of yoga are excellent here, bikram and vinyaasa, personally although i liked Bikrams, prefered and loved vinyaasa yoga, did not wanted to miss even a single class of it, bottom point loved the yoga at balance yoga

Very knowledgable instructors who really focus on your well-being. All instructors are exceptional yoga "athletes" if thats the right word, but make you SUPER comfortable, even if youre a complete novice. The nicest people go there and everyone is very welcoming and light-hearted. Very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!

Went once and I just could not wait to get back into the next class. Great place, educated instructors and breath taking ambiance. I highly recommend people to visit and experience the YOGA class. Thanks to Mike and his experienced team to make this a great Yoga Place. V K Venkatesh Krishna
