Shipping things was pretty easy. I had a prepackaged and pre-labeled box I was sending off. This review is not about that service. I would like to comment on employee knowledgeability on services offered. I asked for more information on EBay Valet service and long story short, I didnt learn much at the end of the interaction. The location was out of pamphlets on the service and the employee seemed to be vaguely familiar with how it works. I would recommend more training for the staff on this piece. Out of desire to not hold up the line, I cut our conversation short and left without a satisfactory explanation of what that service is and how I benefit from it.

After viewing all the reviews, I still visited the Blossom Hill location. I walked in with a very odd shaped object (Diving Fins). The clerks were extremely helpful. They grabbed several different boxes to find the best one for the object. They then packed it securely and taped it all up. Bit more expensive than I expected, but I cannot knock the FedEx office for that. I am unsure of all the bad reviews, but I can only give praises to the helpfulness of the staff.

I needed a engineering approval letter printed right away for a job foreman on a remote job (We are based in Santa Cruz) I found these guys on Google, called them, got the email address and emailed the letter. Within 20 minutes the letter was printed and we were able to carry on with our building inspection Thats top notch and timely service. And it was done at 9am on a Wednesday, a very busy time! Live nearby go here often but dread it every time. Chronically understaffed rude and less than helpful. Lately their system routes thru Texas and has been blacklisted by Google so if you try to login to email it locks your account for fraud. How does a FedEx not whitelist their address with major providers? Perhaps its a corporate error but still

Wow! Talk about horrible service! It took me 15 minutes just to talk with some one. I would understand if it was busy but it was only me and one other person in the store.. to ship one package 45 minutes? Come on now... Im going to be using UPS or USPS from now on..

It appears I have had a similar experience with the Graveyard shift as another reviewer (jaraek). The lady (I am embarrased that I dont remember her name) was excellent. Helpful, courteous, and fast. I would highly recommend this location between 10 pm and 6 am.

Ive used this branch to ship packages and print last minute documents in color with good results. Service has always been good, and the attendants are courteous. They have a small selection of office supplies for sale. I like that the store is open 24/7.

Saved my butt a number of times when I needed to print out stuff or get documents bound. Expect to pay a premium for whatever service you receive, and speaking of service, they are understaffed intentionally so you can do your own printing and stuff.

Worst customer service ever, consistently. We will now travel across town to visit any store except this one for any business we need to conduct with Fedex. It would be in Fedexs best interest to disown this management and store.

Went here early morning at 1am and the lady at the front was very helpful in assisting me to print from a usb. Maybe the service is really bad during the day (see other reviews) but the person that helped me was great.

Never write reviews, but was so frustrated. This is the second time I went to this facility and the service both times were horrible! No one wants to help if you have a question. Wont be coming to this one again.

They mentioned I CANT use my own box with the shipping label from the sender. They need to rebox and the charge will be $12 ( for rebox???). I tell them nothing is wrong with my box. LOSERs are working here.

Great print selection but too understaffed. The guy there was working so hard to get everyone their prints in time and doing it all with a good attitude. This was early morning too, like 4 in the morning.

Questioned my pre paid ground label. Said It wasnt valid and needed to rebox. Weve been using the same labels and boxes for years. Staff needs better training

If you know how to use the machines its fine. People come here in a hurry and want to be in and out. get some patience people. Service is fine.

There copy machines work so well. Be careful about faxing stuff it is crazy expensive.
