I had a really great experience at this center. I went in to print off some documents before a job interview. I was a bit pressed for time and you can imagine my frustration when the self-serve printer began to reject my PDFs (it turned out Id saved them to an unusual paper size). However, after a little while one of the attendants noticed my situation, called me over the counter and printed off all my documents (there were about 10, one of them more than 30 pages long) on one of the professional printers. Not only did I end up with higher-quality paper, but he gave me the whole print job only for the cost of the money Id already spent on the self-serve printer. I ended up getting about £35 worth of copies (including color copies I couldnt have afforded otherwise) for only about $5.50! Needless to say I was very impressed by the service, and the quality of my print-outs wasnt at all shabby either...

Incompetent idiots. Stood around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to try and fix a machine. The guy just stood staring at the broken machine like a zombie for 15 minutes - not even trying to fix it. They seriously are imcompetent. Even the assistant manager was clueless at how the machines work. I had to remind both staff members 3 times what I needed done (copy a document). If you want to stand around for 45 minutes and watch staff chat with friends and completely ignore you ... and then not know how to fwork the machines or fulfill your order .... and chagre you an arm and a leg .... this is the Kinkos for you!

They intentionally made the public wifi to be very slow so that you rent one of their desktop computers to print your stuff. The store doesnt offer any good service what so ever. I wouldnt go there if i knew they are nothing but waste of time.

Helpful staff, but over-worked and too rushed. With another employee or two the store would be great. Very handy to have such a great print shop locally.
