The place had great potential but the less than friendly service is enough to make you want to go elsewhere. I accidentally put tokens in a machine that was broken but was not marked as such. When I had asked the clerk to help me or, maybe just switch the machines she went on to say that I shouldve "looked before [I] put my money in." looked for what? I dont know. The machine was not marked broken. I went and asked if I could put a sticky note on it so others know not make the same mistake I did and she continued telling me I should have "looked". If I wasnt broke and living in my van I would have easily parted with the four dollars and went elsewhere.

My third visit, was less than satisfactory.. First I was told the 4.00 dollar machines took quarters. ( My mistake). Then the 4.00 dollar machine didnt wrong out all the water from my clothes, I was told I put to much soap...? So the little young lady, proceeded to ask me if I wanted to put a dollar in each.. Without thinking I said yes.. Seeing itd probably take that much to dry, my usually 2.25 wash load. And .75 dry time.. She didnt even offer or give me an extra quarter to help dry what their machine didnt.. Ugh, what usually cost me 3.00 dollars at the most is costing 6. Plus dollars.Be careful what you do here, everything is misleading..

Poor equipment. Poor spirit. Positive = near House of Bagels The positive reviews are old. The machines wash in cold water. When I tried to get warm water in a cup to rinse soap from the chute into the machine I was verbally attacked by the staff (I assume for discovering the lack of hot water) Separate visit: (because they are across the street from a good bagel shop) When the machine ran it still had soap in the window while rinsing and spinning. I showed the staff. The kept saying the machine is not broken. I asked for them to run the rinse cycle again. They wanted me to call the manager/ owner. They refused to resolve the problem.

First of all. This is a card/coin operated laundry. I was on my way to the Sharks game and I had my laundry in the car, so I found this place on my Nav. The lady was very helpful to me when I put my laundry in the card machines by mistake. She also helped me move my laundry into the other machines (these included my pads and any blader, boarder or biker knows the smell alone can kill anyone). Any who, the machines were as expected and Tiffany was friendly and helpful. I

Lots of washers with many different size options. Dryers are hot. I like they do not use coins but you load a card and then get the difference back. No more lugging around quarters. Disappointed at how many machines were broken but plenty others to work with. Gentleman at the counter was very nice and quite helpful when i had a question. Location is close to places to eat so nice to be able to leave and return.

Has 6 different machines to choose from. Very good large machines to stuff in Queen Sized Blankets/comforters! Has a nice place to sit with tables/outlets to use. Very nice customer service! Snack machines/Soda Reasonable! The machines need a card to start your wash/drying. Very Quick! Would DEFINETLY come here again to clean large materials! Would given 5 but saw several out of order machines..

Lots of washers and dryers. Cost: washers:$1.50. Dryers:$0.25 per 7 minutes. $3 deposit. (Cash only) Large, neat folding area. Good amount of seats inside. Has laundry supplies at a reasonable cost. Machine accepts only $1 bills to load the card. Deposit will be returned when leaving. Ample parking. Open all 7 days. Also has drop and pick up of laundry. $1 per lb. min 10lbs

I like this place because you can drop off a king size goose down quilt in the morning and pick it up on the way home from work. They have large washers to take the quilt and dont complain that it takes 3 or more hours to dry (not on hot please or the goose down will become hard little balls etc.). Nice operators very cooperative and do a good job.

I agree with others that this place has some growing issues. It is in need of a remodeling or something. Generally it gets your clothes cleaned and does the job, yet this laundry mat is starting to show its age.

Dropped off laundry and it was clean when they said it would be, however the clothes were not particularly clean. You could still see the spots on a pair of jeans I had spilled some gravy on thh night before.

This is my place of choice when it comes to wash and dry. I do my own laundry here. Its fast, a good clean, and not overly priced. Also, they have free wifi for customers.

The owner are cool and very helpful. Wash and fold service. Small store with single serving laundry supplies. Great pizza and wings across the street
