The women who work here arent really here to help you out. Been here on more than three different days of the week and it has been the same. They clear whole sections of the place off and place sticky notes on over 15-20 washers of all sizes saying that those washers are not in sevice. When we asked if we can use them since there is only a limited amount of the size of washer that we needed, their response was, they just cleaned those washers so no one can use them. The place doesnt close until 10pm but the workers will close sections off 2-3hrs early and lock one of the entrance doors just so they can keep that side of the place clean. If it was withen the last 30mins or hour before the place closes it would be understandable but 2-3 hours before the place close thats just them being lazy imo. Best customer service at a laundry mat that I have seen would be Spin Cycle Landry off of Fruitridge. The workers there are very friendly and hard working. When kids have accidental spills or makes a mess they come and give parents a hand. I have seen them help many parents out and they are always cheerful.

Just yesterdaty I was at star bricks. and threy where l replacing a majority of their ouluts with cover plates. To avoid the public from using it. What was the last of the of coarse you can use my free USB outlet equipped plugs. And The Iplace is so clean, plus not to mention the plenty of character atmosphere. From the very friendly and and helpful employed. To the walk-in Vault still in tact apparently was preciously used as the vault her bank. Ive never seen anything like it. It hopefully wont change the phone friendly environment. That the rest of the of community could follow more chareger friendly environment

Horrible customer service. My child threw up and instead of assisting me, they handed me a towel to clean up the mess even though I was still busy taking care of my own baby. Also, I got there before 8pm and the place doesnt close until 10pm. The attendants there were already cleaning and getting ready to shut down many sections of the place just because they cleaned it early and didnt want to have to reclean it. This includes whole sections of washing machines, the childrens area, the bathroom, etc. Ive never come across such horrible customer service before.

Im so impress with this place.every where you go its a boring place to wash not at LOVE LAUNDRY they have everything you need to Wash your clothes with.and if you get hungry they also have lots of goodies drinks and lots and lots of snacks at reasonable prices.the most important thing is this place its well taking care of constantly washers been cleaned floors been swept at all times.and great customer service with Sandra it was a pleasure meeting her for the first time.

The ladies that work here are always working hard! Ive never walked in and saw a worker not cleaning something or doing laundry. Staff id helpful. Machines are new and wash well. Free dry with wash, HOWEVER there seem to never be any free dryers available every time I go. There is a childrens area with 2 flat screens showing childrens shows. Several more flat screens around the rest of the place. Plenty of folding space usually. Best laundry mat in the area hands down.

Omg im so impress with this lovely place.im from out of town and came for a vacation and before going back home . i needed to do my laundry. i was doing a research to see any laundry close by and saw LOVE LAUNDRY add desited to guive it a try and to my surprice this is the BEST PLACE ive ever been to.including from my home town. It was an amazing experience.cant wait to go back.ohh and i wanna say thanks to the lady sandra that help me out with all my questions.

One night I literally had my whole house to.wash and fold before a big camping trip. I came after work and started. I was the last person there and its was late. She allowed me to finish my last loads before taking off. Sandra is wonderful and kind. I have already recommended this place to dozens of other folks. Come check it out. Ive been doing laundry here since they first open. I wouldnt change it for any other place. They have everything I need here from laundry detergent, softner, bleach and plastic bags, lets not forget all the goodies and drinks you can think of at reasonable prices. Our kids dont get bored here they also thought of our little ones with a place for them with a tv on cartoons all day for them. Sandra has fantastic customer service skills.

Its a great place to wash really clean the environment is really kool the personal treats you like family theres tvs and every coner of the laundry and theres especially kids area with a tv just for the little ones the snack are is awesome so if your washing some where else your defenetly washing on the wrong place and freee dry what else can we ask for love laundry the best

Best laundry day in my life. The attendants were friendly and helpful. Its clean. Lots of room to move past other people doing their wash. Free drying. Reasonable pricing for wash ESPECIALLY when you can dry for free. TV with closed captioning and decent upbeat music. Small charging station for your phone. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Im here every Saturday and it a wonderfull place to wash .its always clean cool environment of people specially the attended Sandra thats willing to help at anytime .dont think about it to much come and wash here.cheap prices and all the goodies you can find. Dont worry if you forgot your soap they have it all.

this place is so spacious and clean I love doing laundry here the machines are very well priced and the staff is absolutely wonderful couldnt have asked for a better laundry place! also they have a snack bar with reasonable prices! who doesnt love a good snack while they wait on their clothes to wash??

Great staff. They stay busy but will stop to help ... Shout out to Sandra shes one of em. Plus the place is big, clean, ... The machines do what you expect and most take different kinds of payments... Cant say enough about how good it is. 10/10

I walked in and asked for assistance on how this place works. Sandra was really nice and helpful. She showed me which washer to use!!! And the best thing is the dryers are FREE!!! Make sure you go see SANDRA she will take care of you!!!!

Annita was very helpful dispensing me some soap, the change machines work like a charm no need to bring extra quarters. Great variety of drinks good for these hot summer days. Love how clean it is and tvs every where huge plus!!! +++

I like it. But the music is too loud most of the time. TVs are playing but cant listen. Might as well turn off. Most of staff is helpful and friendly. Its a good sized place. The prices okay as it supplements the wall of free dryers!

This laundry is the biggest, cleanest, State of the art laundry in all the Sacramento area ._Come and take a look.. doing your laundry will never be the same .this will be more like an entertainment ,and fun instead of a chore.
