Friendly and hard working concientious folks on staff. Willing to help make for an all around pleasant atmosphere to do the weekly wash. The laundry mat is always being cleaned, but that does not stop the folks who work here the time to greet you an check to see if all is good for instances of your machine is overloaded they kindly make a suggestion as to how one could use the larger machine yet set it to a certain wash cycle that each choice has their specific time. Or if the dryer is not filled enuff.an they understand you shall add more when the other load is finished washing. An will even remind you about a forgotten load in washer. All done very politely. There are two tv screens to watch if one is not the type to watch a machine go round an round. Smile

Wash was twice as expensive as I am used to, and the clothes came out soaking wet from both of the washers I used ( 2 load and 3 load varient ). Before washing I felt that the free dry might make up for the horrible washing price but the driers took forever to dry my clothes! I ended up having to wait hours for a load that would usually be dry in 15 minutes at my usual laundromat. The trash cans are all on the wash side so a lot of the customers take to just throwing their dryer lint sheets on the ground. Tide pods at site are 1$, super expensive. Clientele around the outside of the store is not the fault of the business. Would be 1 star if the employees were bad. Will not be back.

I have been coming to this place for the last months since I moved here, their Free Dry is what made me walk in and I was really impressed of how clean they keep the entire facility including the bathroom. I loved the fact that they have two easy ways to pay, every washer has a mechanism for coins or credit/debit card readers which works great for me since i dont always carry cash. I didnt know about their drop off laundry service but their kind and helpful staff explained me about it, the price is really reasonable so now i just take my bag and i pick it up the next day after work. I really think is the cleanest laundromat in West Sac.

Worst possible place walk in out of town all my clothes in a heavy bag and they tell you their machines dont work and that they only allow service after 3 this gal could hardly speak English but was fluently able to get across they didnt want my business I will never ever come back to this business regardless of location or need word of mouth folks

Great experience. Free dry for your clothes. Large parking lot. International food stores (Russian, Hindu, Chinese, Mexican). Restaurants, Goodwill,etc. Clean and nice place. Bathrooms are in pristine condition. All the personal are wonderful, but Yolanda is the best. I give for this store and Yolanda: 5 Gold Stars.

Filthy people smoke right at the door with the door open: Why do filthy people like that bother washing their clothes? Why does this business allow them to smoke at the front door? They lose clean customers like me to their competitors.

Usually very clean and the ladies who work there are wonderful. I just wish rude, selfish customers who take up the dryers werent allowed to do so. Its called fill to the red line. Im always waiting for dryers.

I would have given it 5 stars but there is always people smoking by the front door. Other than the smokers by the door this place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. PLEASE GET RID OF THE SMOKERS!

Whats not to love abour this place? Free dryer, free wifi, free cable tv! Friendly staff, very clean, a bit crowded but still a very pleasant place for doing weekly laundry. Highly recommended coming here.

Free dry with wash. Nothing better than that. Staff is helpful and the place is pretty clean! My new spot in west sac for my laundry needs. Fluff and fold service, and they have up to 8 load washer.

The employees are friendly & helpful. This is the only laundramat where the machines work very good. Our clothes come out smelling clean. Thats hard to say about most laundromats.

Not vert many single loaders. The driers are free but finding one not being used is difficult. They have free wifi.
