First of all, all those people complaining about tipping...you are getting a $20.00 massage because the masseuses dont get paid much, so your tip is their salary. Unless the actual massage sucks, be ready to cough up the $20 tip. Its still less expensive than a regular massage therapist. Probably the type who dont tip at restaurants either. My experiences at Sino have been amazing. The ambience is so soothing, the place is clean, and even though you are sharing space with others (with the clothed massages) it feels private. My friend and I go together sometimes, and they put us in a room for two. The woman at the front desk may be brusque, but shes not the person Im there to see. All of the masseuses Ive met have been very warm and professional, even if they dont speak much English. It doesnt really matter anyway, as theres no talking in the massage space. My actual only suggestion is that they hire more men. I prefer a male (because the way they apply the pressure seems different) and they only have a few on staff. However, I have had a massage from a woman there, and it was good, although a little more relaxing than therapeutic.

I love this spot, affordable and well done. I see Cindy and she does a good, medium firm massage. I thought it was nice how I asked them to close the main door to the massage room...noticed there were people outside talking very loud....they accommodated without hesitation and very friendly. Although the front lady does not speak much English, she understands what you need,you just have to make sure you explain what it is you desire in the massage service.

Ive been coming here for years and years!!! Massages are great, its just the owner lady... is very rude and difficult. She is blunt and expects you to tip more than you want, which is considered rude in America!!! And she refuses to merge your stamped cards, even though she has seen you in there 59 times! She will not!!! She needs training on how to be polite and respectful. Im waiting to get two more stamps for my free massage and then I wont be back!

I will never come-back to this place they always expect a really big tip when you say $5 they get extremely mad . She wanted to force me to give a $15 tip. I went back again I gave $10 tip and she got mad and said thats it. Very bad customer-service

It was okay they dont speak much English and front desk person has no customer service at all they come off as having attitude and they dont go over the pricing range for what type of service but the lady that did my massage was fairly okay

Owner is very rude I always tip the guys 15 to $20 but last time I went she was really rude also she was flossing her teeth which is very disgusting. The impression of the owner just really turn me off I will never go back.

Good massage overall...but will not come back because the lady behind the counter has a bad actitude and she expects a bigger tip then $5 and she will get mad, bad customer service dont recomended it because of her.
