My mom just went this morning to this nail salon to get her nails done along with my sister. My mom only speaks spanish so she cannot comunicate well with the employees so my sister translated for her. While my mom was getting her nails done, she had one employee working on her then suddenly left her in the middle to work on a different costumer without warning. Another employee came by and finished her nails and also without letting her know she suddenly left as well. Since the employee left without saying a word my mom wasnt sure what to do. She waited there until the employee who was working on her nails first yelled at her from across the room that her nails were done. They didnt even give her oinment for her hands which is what nail salons normally do after finishing. They did however do it after my sister told the employee working on her nails that they didnt do it for her. Her nails did come out well but she felt that service was poor because she couldnt speak english. If youre only a spanish speaker I wouldnt recommend this salon.

Poor excuse for a nail salon my aunt took my little cousin there to just get her nails . the ladies in their yelled at her and told my little cousin to hurry up and pick a color. I dont recommend this place at all they should be better in their Communications with their customer

I finally found the best nail salon in Watsonville. Tina did an amazing job, she took her time and really made sure each nail looked as perfect as possible. I highly recommend going here.

Been coming here for years. Good friendly service. Gets busy but i usually wait about 15-20. When its too busy the service is shotty but when they take their time, they do a great job.
