I have ignored numerous requests to review this place. But fine, you really want to know? Becky, Becky is not so terrific to deal with. Its a challenge to purchase services from her. Even with visual aids (you can hand her a marked up specials sheet with packages/services starred and circled and youll be lucky if she rings you up for one) and clear verbal requests, its really hard to get her to punch in the services to the computer. Thats fine. Whats not so fine is the abrasive personality. More than a little gruff and condescending. And dont ever bother asking for any any any type of reward or discount for purchasing every thing on the specials menu. There is no such thing as a loyalty or bulk purchase discount and her sharpness multiplies swiftly and her opinion of you plummets. Same goes for trying to reschedule an appointment or trying to convert unwanted unsucessful treatments already on the books into treatments you would prefer to have moving forward. No. Not ever. Think of the Seinfeld episode with the "Soup Nazi", "No soup for you!" Do not buy products here. I spent $300 for an ounce of serum that smells like feet, did nothing and is available on Wayfair & Overstock for $147. Do not ask for a refund, do not ask for an adjustment. Just dont do it. You will not like her response. And your feedback/observations or opinions will be used against you and you will feel small, wrong, mistaken and like the only person to ever dare make such comments. Bottom line, I will not buy products again, I buy fewer, smaller packages than I would otherwise purchase, I book fewer appointments and I avoid dealing with her. Luba - Luba is the real deal. Shes skilled, shes real. She tells it like it is. She knows her equipment. She knows all the equipment. Shes confident and she jumps in and gets the job done, efficiently, effectively, skillfully and without the fluff. Tasha - love her. Shes a ray of sunshine. Shes personable, knowledgeable, pleasant and engaging. Consistently. The doctors name on the door: probably doesnt exist, it serves as nothing more than a vinyl decal. Serveral years, thousands of dollars, dozens of packages purchased, appointments in both locations and I promise you, there is no doctor. Theres probably a man somewhere renting the office space and collecting the sales receipts of the day. But you will not see any doctor ever, you will not speak to any doctor ever. So if you ever dont like the response from Becky, well tough, youre at the top of the chain.

The location is nice and the technicians are very helpful but I had a terrible experience due to the extremely unhelpful and rude woman at the front desk. First of all I received 2 living social presents for my birthday to this company. I schedule them and let them know its living social. They look it up, everything is fine so I make the appointment. When its all done and I go to leave, they have a problem finding the living social. I show Becky the email. She begins to have a very snotty attitude and when I show her the info on my phone she tells me that its under a different name in her system and tried to get me to pay! For something thats already paid for. She continues to make me wait...btw I waited for her to figure this out longer than the treatment took. After arguing with me the entire time when I clearly had no more info to give her...she never even apologized for the hassle. Even though I was right and she eventually found it. Sorry, but bring that my friend spent $600 for a bday present youd think she could muster up the ability to provide customer service....of any kind. Now I was going to book both services for 2 weeks from now again but due to Becky I chose not to. It was that bad. Ive actually never complained on one of these reviews before but this was necessary.

Three days after my lip and cheek fillers, I ran an ultra-marathon (yep, 31.6 miles!). Im saying this because the ladies(nurses!) at SV Aesthetics are SOOO good that there is no down-time, recovery is literally a couple of hours, ZERO bruising (and I bruise easily) and I look AMAZING! Ive been going there for at least 2 years now, and they are professional, immaculate, precise in their work, take pride in what they do, and have very loyal ladies following them! Every time I call for an appointment, Becky finds me a time spot just when it fits my schedule, and they never "rush" on appointments. I look like a million $$ and for just having hit a DECADE age (hint: not 30, nor 40!) I trust in their judgement to help me keep my skin in amazing shape :-).

Very reasonably priced and a good option. Before getting Botox here, I always insisted on a DR. performing the treatments, but the nurse at the Aborn location is just as good. Her application resulted in a very natural appearance. Same with lip-plumping. I had Ce02 at the Blossom Hill location, which was done professionally and with good follow-up (they call and leave a message to check on you). I saw good results, just not as drastic as quickly as Botox is- you go from wrinkles to smooth in a few days. Overall, I would recommend this place. The only down side is the construction outside the Blossom Hill location, but that cant be helped (and is probably completed by now).

I love silicon Valley Aesthetics. Their offices are clean and decorated beatifully.The staff is friendly and very good at what they do.Ive never had any problems with the injections Ive gotten. Probally the worst thing is having to wait 10 to 15 minutes longer than expected. Becky who works at the front desk at the Blossom Hill office is my favorite person..She is funny, caring and very hard working. She always tries to accominate me in any way she can. She is one of the reasons why I continue to go back. She makes me feel at home and part of the Silicon Valley family. I am very happy with the services and will continue to go back.

Always a pleasure visiting this location. Sasha is such a doll! So professional and always helpful. Ive seen Luba 3x for my lips and she has done my botox with great results. Always painless. I love both locations but I think this one might be my favorite. I am a loyal client. UPDATE 9/27/16-- Visited SVA Aborn once again for my usual maintenance Botox and Lip touch up appt with Luba! This time I got a second round of Restylane under my eyes. Luba is the best! I am so happy I found her. I attached a picture of my Restylane results. Luba does my lips, this is my results after 4 syringes.

This was the first time I ever has anything done to my face. I heard nothing but great things about this spa, so I was confident I would have a pleasant experience. The moment I walked in every one was so professional and personable. Since this was my first getting anything done, I was naturally nervous. When I was taken back to the room by the nurse she was so sweet and informative, she as able to ease my mind. The treatment I chose was painless and I will definitely go back again. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested.

Have been coming for years and everyone from Sasha and Becky at the front desk to my sweethearts in the back including Lien, Luba, Waheeda, and now Dee--wow what these ladies can do! ...They put a smile on my face with their warmth and the joy they get from making beautiful ladies feel just a little more confident. They help me to keep my inner lovely lady shining through. I love you all!
