I was a regular customer here until tonight. This afternoon I walked in and had to wait 45 min to be seen because only one person was working. I didnt have an appointment so I was okay with this. It took 2 hours to do a pedicure and manicure (done at the same time). The man who works there did my shellac manicure. By the time I got home 3 of my nails polish had peeled completely off. By the time I went back a few hours later all of them were peeled off. I didnt have time to sit and get a full manicure again. They refused to give me a refund. They accused me of taking them off myself which I could see this happening except I am a regular customer. After them yelling at me they finally agreed to a refund. I will not be returning for the lack of customer service. Usually they are very friendly but acted completely different towards me when asking for my money back.

Rip off! This place charged me $72 one time for a new set of pink n white acrylics and a pedicure with gel polish. The second time it was $96. I was there for 3 hours due to the lady doing my pedicure screwing up. The gel polish was diluted or something. It wouldnt dry and it kept clumping up.I was polite and patient. I shouldnt have been charged. It was their mistake. The third time I went in for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and the owner charged me $72!!!! She said it was an extra $15 for the gel polish. I brought my own gel polish and I have never been charged that much for using a different kind of polish. She saw I always pay in cash and have money on me so she makes up prices depending on the person, day, whatever. Tina is not an honest business owner and I am reporting her to the BBB. No prices are posted. Stay away!

This place is the worst! I got my nails done here and it took 2 and a half hours and I just got a full set with the color white and they charged me $40 total rip off and when I went to get my money back and to have them take off my nails they ripped the acrylics off like a bandaid and broke some of my nails and made them bleed what ever you do DONT COME HERE!!! I posted pictures.
