So.... I needed a Pedicure I chose to go here instead of my Normal Salon ( Nail Country best place ) anywho I went here because it was late I saw online that they were open untill midnight like my salon only this salon is closer to my home and again its late. So I get the Deluxe Spa Pedicure 1st mistake cold water not warm or even luke warm cold I had to ask twice for warm/hot water before pedi tub was emptied and refilled 2nd she rushed threw the first few steps meaning the Sugar Scrub on legs and feet that should have been relaxing was 30sec no pressure , the Calus removal and regular scrub when they get the skin off your feet 30sec as well. She then moved on to the mask that felt good because of the Menthol & Hot Towels. 3rd mistake that just did it for me she used the cuticle clipper to clip my non existent long cuticles on my big toe and saying it hurt understatement I yell ouch like no other. 4th mistake she tried to keep going and I said omg that really hurt pls stop & why are you trying to cut my non existent cuticles with the clipper when you should be using the Cuticle pusher instead?Long story short I really needed to relax etc... seeing as how Im in my third trimester of pregnancy and all I got was pain and complete aggravation . I should have listened to my gutt and waited to go to my regular salon Nail County but like I said needed to relax and the few reviews Pamper me had were good so gave you all a shot. Will not come to this place again!!! .

HAVING THE OPTION TO GO THE NAIL SALON AFTER WORK IS GREAT! NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO SPEND THEIR SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AT A NAIL SALON!! IM OFF AT 5 SO ITS ALWAYS convenient !!! THIS IS MY THIRD TIME HERE AT THE SALON I HAVE HAD EYEBROWS WAXED, EYELASHES, PEDICURE, FILLS, AND GEL!! ( SO I GAVE CHANCES FOR THE SERVICES THEY OFFER) THE WORKERS ARE NOT INTRESTED IN THE QUALITY OF WORK. THE WORKERS ARE TIRED TIRED TIRED!!! AND IT CLEARLY SHOWS IN THE WORK!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT FINISH PRODUCT-MEANING: REMOVING THE OLD POLISH , CLEANING DRILLING UNDERNEATH THE NAIL, SHAPING OF EYBROWS, EYELASHES 30$ DIDNT LAST A WEEK!! ETC. WHO WANTS TO SEE THE OLD POLISH UNDER THE NEW FILL/POLISH?? WHO SCREWS UP THE PAINT ON YOUR TOES?? NOT PROFESSIONALS THATS FOR SURE!! - ( NOT SMOOTH ;DULL LOOK MAYBE OLD CLEAR COAT LOL) THEY ARE TOO LAZY /TIRED TO BUFF THE BUMPY ACRYLIC SMOOTH TO USE REGULAR POLISH SO THEY TALK YOU INTO THE GEL SO THEY CAN DO HALF ASS WORK!! THE WOMEN WORKERS HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO DO THE NAILS SO THEY MAKE THE WOMEN DO PEDICURES AND THEY obviously HATE IT!! THE MEN DO THE NAILS AND ARE OVER WORKING THEMSELVES.. THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO REGULAR HOURS, STAYING OPEN TO MIDNIGHT IS A JOKE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK/ FINISH PRODUCT!! ROTATE SHIFTS, HIRE QUALIFIED NAIL TECHS, OR JUST STOP BEING GREEDY$$ AND OPERATE ON NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!!-

So today is my Birthday I went in for pedi and mani cost 40.00. Then the technician ask if I want a facial for 60.00 I replied sure can you do my eyebrows to she said yes its 10.00. So she rushes me off to back room. Rushes me onto table the time is 100. She gets done with my eyebrows at 1:10. There Is a clock in the room. Facial starts at 1:10 she is done at 1:45. I was pissed off didnt want to say anything , and facial was so - so. If you are done with all the facial steps doesnt mean your done with facial. 60 minutes is 60 minutes. Eyebrows were separate service do not include in facial paying seperate Wont go back. Convenient but I have been here several times in past for gel nails that never last more then a week and a half. Do not recommend

My Mom and I just got home from getting Pedicures and we loved it. This salon used sterile implements opened when we sat down and single use files and buffing blocks. When we were finished they took apart the drains to better clean the basins. This is the cleanest pedicure stations I have ever seen. The staff was polite and the atmosphere was relaxed. The pedicure pricing was also very reasonable.

I was actually fooled into going with my fiancee to Pamper Me Day Spa but I am glad I did. Once there, my fiancee said I was in dire need of some "TLC for my feet." I had a pedicure done and I was pleasantly surprised. Great service!!!
