When I called to make an appointment, it took 10 minutes for the woman to understand that all I wanted was to have my daughters bangs trimmed. She could not comprehend what bangs were. Finally she told me she had an opening but I would have to get there immediately. We rushed over and then were told to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes and watching the unprofessional behavior in the salon I walked out. No legitimate salon would allow the receptionist to eat pizza at the front desk nor would they allow their stylist to use such profanity in front of their customers . Im not a prude but I dont appreciate people dropping f-bombs around kids and elderly people that were waiting in the lobby. Their unprofessionalism left me with little confidence in their hair styling skills so I will not be returning to this place.

NO STARS!!! This place is horrible. I have literally tried three stylists and they all suck. One CRAZY lady Michelle was seriously tweeking on drugs, smelled of alcohol(I cant believe they would hire someone like this) and told me her crazy life, didnt show for appointments, absolute disaster. These folks are horrible, not to mention they dont know how to do color - NEVER GO HERE. The only one good person is the sweet receptionsist!!! I feel bad for her that she has to be around this flop house and dysfunction.

This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I went in because of the groupon and great reviews. I walked out with bad hair no where near what I wanted minus money and time. Went back to get it fixed and it was just as bad in a different way. I would never recommend this place and in fact would strongly recommend someone to NOT go there unless they wanted to flush their money and time down the toilet.

I went in for a 12:30pm appt with Carrie Miller. Looking for an ombre coloring and was nervous because I kept hearing stories of ombre nightmares. Carrie was amazing! The whole spa was great, calm, quiet and everyone extremely helpful and polite. I was out of there by 2pm with AMAZING results! Carrie is so sweet and friendly, I am recommending her to everyone! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!!!!!

Michelle yelled at me for ruining my cut and color and for buying the groupon. Told me that "I should have known better". Worst cut and color ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never return!!! She must be bipolar!!! Strangest salon experience ever!!!!!!! Had the nerve to ask me for a tip!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She destroyed my hair - and is psycho!!!!!!!

Wonderful salon, I have been getting my nails done here for the last two months and I love it. The salon is clean, and the friendly staff makes it very welcoming. Gina is a professional nail technician who cares about her clients. I highly recommend it.
