Paula is a tyrant, she treats her employees like dirt beneath her feet. She is running a sweat shop, the reason you are getting such a great deal is because her employees are being completely taken advantage of in this economy where it is so difficult for massage therapists and estheticians to find work. She pays them less than 28% of the commission on each service and commission on product sales are never recorded properly. Her and her son insult and abuse their employees regularly, and book therapists up to 8 appointments in a row without breaks. They are deceptive about their products and the services you are receiving. Paula will cut a corner anywhere she can to save a penny. make sure to check the expiration dates on what you are buying, all of her essential oils are rancid and have been there for years. They also slander their customers and gossip all day. the over all vibe behind the scene at this spa is uncomfortable, hostile, unprofessional and flat out sad. The practicioners there themselves are great, find out who they are and employ them outside of the spa so that you are supporting them directly and not giving your hard earned money to a very unfair and unfeeling woman.

First timer at this spa at lakeside. Stephanie answered my call, booked me in, and greeted me. Shes cool. Massage itself was good. Sandy gave me a Swedish massage. Sandy is cool. Everything turned out well for my first time. Ill be going back most definitely.
