Get ready because this will be long. I am going to weigh the pros and cons of this establishment to relaxin my rating. Pros: The nail colors I chose are very very pretty. They were able to get me in for a pedicure and fill without an appointment. The guy that did my nails, Don I believe his name was, was incredibly sweet and social. He was able to shorten my nails and took care to make sure I liked the way they looked. That being said... Cons: the pedicurist, I did not catch her name, was silent the entire time which was very uncomfortable because I was trying to ask her things. She hurt me throughout the entire pedicure even after I asked nicely to do everything softer and literally pulled my feet away from her because she had hurt me so bad. She basically pulverized my legs in the massage she gave me, again making me pull my legs away from her and beg her to go softer. My experience with my nails was much better, until most of the way through they switched my people and had a VERY impolite girl so my nails the rest of the way. She tugged my hands so hard toward her my entire body moved She did not speak a single work to me the rest of the time. She kept pushing and pulling my hands expecting me to know what I was supposed to do. She let me leave with the underneath of my nails FILTHY DIRTY. THE TOTAL FOR A FILL, PEDICURE, GEL POLISH, AND ONE CHROME NAIL ON EACH HAND WAS $76 AFTER A 10% DISCOUNT. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGIOUS. I can say with great disappointment, I will NEVER be returning to LV nails. Theyre lucky I am a good person and still tipped 5$ (to which the lady looked appalled that Id only tip that) despite my experience.

The WORST experience ever. Amy & Mark refused to honor the points I earned towards a mani. Amy confirmed I had earned them, Mark refused. I had always used cash to pay for my services so that I could earn double points. I voiced a concern over the quality of a mani I was given. After that, they werent too kind. I went one last time and thats when I had earned my mani, but Amy & Mark were too unprofessional to give it to me. I recommend going to the M Resort for a mani or other spa/nail shop where they appreciate your business and are professional enough to correct any errors and address concerns.

They stole my money!!! Theres nothing more to it. I went in to get new gel polish, and the woman who was supposed to be holding onto my stuff too $250 from my wallet!!! I questioned them about it because I am a very suspicious person and they said that their cameras "just broke", but it hadnt been clear that they had any cameras. The woman who took the money denied any part in it and just said you mustve misplaced it. I didnt misplace it! She stole it! Dont go here they will steal your money!!!

The pedicure was more expensive than my usual place, and within a couple of days, the polish was cracking in the middle of my toes, and it looked like she had just layered a big glob of polish right in the middle. It looked ridiculous. She also did a bad job getting the rid of the rough spots on my heels. I walked out with my feet looking worse than when I walked in. It was just awful work and didnt look good at all - I cannot recommend this place.

This salon is by far one of THE BEST for not only for their excellent nail and pedicure services, but classy! The atmosphere is above and beyond the typical salon and their decor and equipment is outstanding! Their rates are great, and they offer so many choices of polish and designs as well! I am very pleased with this salon and highly recommend them to everyone looking for high quality and very affordable nail salon!

Ive just moved here to Las Vegas from Hawaii, I wanted to take my daughters to get there nails done and mine, some mommy and daughter time. We just walked in and they were able to take us together. Mark did my finger nails, he is very friendly, funny and did an awesome job on my nails. My daughter also loves her nails. Place very clean, friendly and recommend for others to check them out!

The facilities are warm, inviting, and spotless. Most importantly, the nail care and spa service Ive gotten here are fantastic -- the technicians take their time and clearly care about the final product. This is not a place to go if you want a quick nail job. Come here if you want it done right. The prices seem very reasonable for the amount of time they spend and the quality.

This place is quite and relaxing, they do a great job on pedicures. Being a guy Ive been resistant to going to a place for nails, but my fiancé got me to go and I will define tlc keep going. Im on my feet always for work and having a massage of your legs and feet is amazing. The ice cream pedicure is great. They really give you ice cream too. The music is really great as well.

I have been going to LV for many years, and sure that I continue going there in the coming years. Their prices are the most reasonable in this area. I usually get a manicure and pedicure. They have great spa services also, waxing legs, under arms and brazilian bikini waxes. I love their massages, which are totally comfortable and relax. I really appreciate it.

Ive been going here for 4 years. They know me by name , are friendly and can always make an appt. To fit my schedule. The music is soft, like a spa. The massage pedicure chairs are awesome and brand new actually. If youd like a spa experience when getting your mani pedi, you should visit LV nails and spa

I followed Lynn to this the spa and I love it! The inside is really nice and its so relaxing. They have a huge selection of gel polishes and are always helpful when you need help deciding which to choose. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

They are so overpriced, and gave me terrible service, staff gave me way to many rude looks, and looking through their reviews they only respond to bad comments saying they werent part of the Tana Mongeau incident even though its not what its about.

I followed Amy to this NEW remodel location, same GREAT services with TOP of the lines products! They NEVER re-use the nails files and buffer and pumice for your personal safety! Extra cleans and attentive! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Too busy today , for a walk-in but its the best place Ive found in Vegas. The receptionist was so sweet and apologetic for not being able to get me until 6. They are that popular, Im sure, all because of their great service.
