My girlfriend bought us a couple’s massage and foot massage with champagne, for Valentine’s Day, which was supposed to be half off the normal price of $250. When we went in we were told there was a mandatory 20% tip off of the $250 price. I told the girl behind the desk that was not on the coupon. She brought us each a small plastic glass of champagne. I notice there were still lip prints on my glass. Our two masseuses, look like Grandpa and a female Austin Powers. When the lady spoke, I had to stop her and ask her if she was sick. She said no, I ask her why she sounded so funny, she said that was her normal voice. I had to use the restroom, when I lifted the broken toilet seat, and it nearly fell off on the floor, “nice place” I thought to myself. After I was done and wash my hands, there were no paper towels, the floor was very sticky. We had to fill out a form stating if we had any sore area, I told them that I had a recent surgery on my left foot, I heard the other masseuse ask my GF to lift her legs he was going to put the customary ankle pillow under her ankles, but I didn’t get this treatment and I had to rest my leg on my sore left foot. The neck and arms and back was OK with heated rocks, but what got me was the lady had to sit down on a rolling chair and the wheels rolling across the floor was distracting from what should be a nice experience. I notice her hands were cold but soon she was massaging me thru the sheets that I was under. I had a few massages before, it seem to be the norm to remove the sheet off of ½ of the buttocks at a time and give a massage but this was a first getting a massage thru the sheets. My lady left the room , and left me laying there, after about 5 minutes I set up and watch my GF getting her massage for a few minutes. I told them that it look like she was getting the best end of the deal, her guy ask where my masseuse went, “I don’t know” . He said he would find her and have her bring me another glass; I looked around and saw that she got sick on the floor and it was laying there. I ask him if someone could clean up the puke off the floor and don’t bother with a glass, bring the bottle. I told them she was sick, and the thought of her sick hands rubbing my body was a turn off. He found my masseuse and had her come back in and clean the puke off the floor, she came back in and apologizes and made a half way attempt to clean her mess off of the floor, then leave the room. I had to stop her and tell her she left about half of it still on the floor. The guy finished my GF and rubbed her feet for about 10 minutes of the ½ hour foot massage then told us to get dress and come outside. After we got dress and walked into the hallway he had the owner on his cell phone and was telling her what happen. My GF told me she was going to the restroom. Grandpa handed me his phone and told me the owner wanted to talk to me. After I explained what I thought about my massage, She told me, ”What do you expect, this is not a hotel spa” then she hung up on me. I handed the cell phone back to her guy and told him she hung up on me, “No she didn’t, my cell phone drop the call” he said and called her back on the landline then handed me the phone. I guess she saw the caller ID and answer the phone with, “can you believe that customer talking to me that way”, I inform her that I was still that customer and her guy thought it was a drop call, but I told him that you hung up on me.

Ive been to this spa twice and the second time was even more unprofessional than the first. The personal doesnt seem to realize that the walls are very thin and I spent the first treatment (a body wrap) listening to them loudly gossip about other customers. The technician stepped out of the room for me to get undressed and put on a robe, right when I was standing there naked she burst through the door without knocking. Im not shy per say but I was taken aback this is not good spa ethics. I wasnt overly offended so I kept my second appointment a few days later for an airbrush tan. It was the worst "spa" experience Ive ever had. The technician didnt bother to put blocking cream on my hands, feet, knees, and elbows. When I asked, she claimed I wouldnt need it. Again, the staff could be clearly heard complaining through the walls. At one point the owner came in to check on why the spray gun wasnt working properly (it was shooting large splatters all over, which turned out to be because it needed to be cleaned), so I asked her about the blocking cream. She looked taken aback and said "She didnt put any on you?!" She then left the room where I heard her say to the girl "did you not use cream on her?" The girl responded "This formula doesnt really need it. Why? Is she throwing a fit?" The owner responded "Just put it on her to make her happy." There were children running and yelling up and down the hallways, even banging on the door of my treatment room during my treatment to which the technician yelled "GO AWAY". I ended up with orange hands, feet, and elbows. The rest of my body was streaky and uneven. My Fiance got airbrushed right after me and his tan was equally orange, streaky, and uneven. We left for Hawaii the next day. I wast there to hear first hand but he later told me the owner of the shop made him feel very uncomfortable with her comments while I was out of the room. Between the two trips we spent $250.00 which could have been well worth it in any traditional relaxing spa. These were not good experiences and a complete waste of money. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.

I went there as a 1st time customer and was so unhappy with the experience I am writing a review as a buyer beware. First off I went because they has a special on their website for 1st time customers, for a 50 minute massage. First I went in, the lady didnt introduce herself, there was no where to set my things. I had to ask where to put my clothes and she then scooted over some of the junk on the counter for me to have a spot for my clothes. I was not once asked if there was any areas I wanted her to focus on, nor did she ever ask if the pressure was ok. During the massage it felt very rushed and not relaxing at all. The music was up horribly loud and not the soothing mood music I am used to for a massage. The sheets on the table were damp (I really hope they just didnt get dried in the dryer long enough) there was no face/head rest I was given a pillow which then made my neck stiffer than it was to start. The arms and neck werent massaged at all (happens to be the 2 areas I wanted focused on) Then the kicker, the ladies cell phone rang over 6 different times throught the massage (nope not on silent, full annoying ring). When I went to check out the receptionist continued chatting with the other people working there for a few minutes before coming to ring me up, without saying a word or acknowledging me. Rang up at full price, when I asked about the 1st time customer discount the receptionist had to go get someone to help her cause she didnt know what I was talking about. Then when I was given my receipt they had actually double charged me at full price. (They did a credit for half of it) When I got out to my car and looked at the time, I saw the whole experience lasted a total of 40 minutes from when I got out of my car...In my opinion this was the worst experience and this was a big splurge for me to treat myself too, so its pretty dissapointing!!!
