Horrible customer service! Didnt have an issue with my hair dresser but the receptionist made my experience go from good to bad. I received highlights and a haircut, once I got home I noticed there just wasnt enough blonde in the front. I called back to explain my issue and she quickly got me an apt to have a few highlights put in my hair, and made sure I was aware of being charged once the service was finished. I explained to her I paid 170 for the services and I am not happy with the color... She then went on to explain their fees and service prices. She just didnt care I was unhappy with my service and all I wanted was a few highlights to fix the problem. I told her I wasnt going to come in and pay again for a service I just paid for and wasnt happy with. So if you dont like your hair cut or color and you want it retouched or fixed you have to re-pay. Will I ever be going back to a salon where the manager/receptionist doesnt care about your experience and making the paying customer happy... It was an abstruse experience. If the owner reads the comments: Evaluate who runs your front desk!

I came here for a massage, facial and haircut... I was impressed of how nice the place is... I mean, where can you find hotel-like full service spa in vegas outside of a hotel? The staff was super friendly and they offered drinks and snacks. The massage was AMAZING... Mario was my masseuse and I felt like new afterwards. The facial was really good... they use organic scrubs cremes so thats good. The haircut was great. I will be back to try the pedicure and manicure. Fun and relaxing environment.. would recommend if you are looking to treating yourself all in one place.

After looking for months, I finally found a salon / spa that takes it to the next level. The customer service exceptional, the products amazing, and the staff is out of this world great. This is a full service salon, what ever it is your looking to get done they can do it. Dont go another full set, fill, facial, message, or pedi without giving them a try I promise you wont be disappointed. They have great pricing along with great customer service. I will be back for my fill.

The services are good, nothing spectacular, and Ritual does have a nice website and facilities. Ive been there twice, loved it...until I had a customer service issue with the owner, Jennifer, and one of the desk girls. Jennifer treated me in such a negative way that I could never enjoy myself at Ritual again. Vegas is a customer service town and Id rather spend my hard earned dollars at a business that doesnt try to convince customers that they are wrong.

I dont know what these folks are talking about. I consider myself a Spa Diva and visit them all over the US when on vacation and have regular treatments at home. Patricia gave me the best masssage I have had in ten years and Alla gave me a facial that left my face moist. Again a superior service! Totally recomment this spa and I would have gone twice if I had found it sooner! Thanks also to Lisa for her help...

I have come here several times for massage and facials and it has been exceptional! The receptionist has been super great and has remembered me and the entire experience was great. Having been to 5 star spas, this one is pretty top notch. It is pricey but they have great deals all the time and believe me, it is worth the money!

Beautiful salon, with friendly staff, but they destroyed my hair. Absolutely destroyed it. They tried to fix it, and I let them try. I think they would have done more, but I was scared of what might happen to my head next. Nice people, but run for the hills if they come anywhere near you with hair dye.

I really love this place, I came here to have a facial done. Environment is very relaxing and the staff are truly welcoming and nice. You get what you paid for even a little more. I will continue to come here as my go to place, for everything a women needs to beautify herself you will find here.

They charge more than 500 dollars to my credit card and I cant receive the services I payed for since they closed the shop permanently. I feel very disappointed.
