Very RUDE staff. Always gossiping, not paying attention when appointments or walk in clients arrive. Sometimes the techs disappear into the back and leave their client alone for long periods of time, talk on the phone, even employees complained to ME about their rude management. But management never really acted like professional management. The gentleman at the front desk was the only professional in the building. Rushing thru an expensive pedicure isnt relaxing at all. I used to be dedicated to this nail salon for over a year, and not only me but my mom and aunt as well. I stopped going there cause the prices seemed too high but mostly because I didnt like the attitude I received from the staff. Some of the "gel" paint wouldnt stay on for more than a few minutes. Even the nail tech didnt understand why the gel would wipe right off after the second coat. She told me to come back within a week if any of the gel chipped or came off. I did, and when I complained the manager wouldnt honor the free replacement. Not even a discount. Even after multiple complaints that their gel Polish must be watered down cause it doesnt stay on like other nail salon products do. I could spend less money doing my own nails with gel Polish from ulta. The Sarifina nail salon is a much nicer atmosphere.

I am sad to say that Pretty Nails & Spa has lost a customer forever. I experienced the worst customer service ever in my life! Pretty Nails & Spa failed to mention the price for getting a particular kind of nail set before providing the service. My complaint is I do not feel it is ethical for this business to not advise the prices before providing any type of service being done. This was extremely poor customer service that they forced me to remove the nails after getting them done because of a disagreement of price. I feel like I can never go there again because how embarrassed this company made me feel. I hope no customer ever has to go through this ever again. I Request the company apologizes for lack of consideration and see to it that they should be held accountable because they failed to provide the price before providing the service. I spent an hour there getting my nails done then was forced to remove my nails for another hour because they did not advise the price.

Ive been coming to pretty nails salon for about two years. Ive always got the best service. I never leave unhappy. I just recently found my personal favorite girl Tina. She takes her time each and every visit to make sure my nails look great and will last till Im back in 2 weeks. Im soon moving farther but will make that extra trip for how well the customer service is. Good places are very hard to find. I promise you pretty nails will not disappoint you.

Great pre-vacation mani/pedi with my daughters. They were upfront with the pricing for the cat eyes gel colors and pedicures. Lisa was extremely nice and took her time.Hannah and Kim were kind and accommodating to my daughters. Great experience.

Very nice, calm and clean environment! I got a great pedicure and all of the staff were super nice and pleasant. They use plastic tubs inside the pedicure sink that are changed for each customer. Will be going back!
