This place used to be my go to when I live in the area a couple of years ago. I was in town recently and got a gel manicure- while my technician was wonderful and gave an amazing massage, the polish was crap. One nail chipped in the first 24 hours, and the rest started chipping throughout the week, something which I have NEVER experienced with a gel manicure which I get regularly. I waited about a week so I could get my nails re-done before I left for Vegas that weekend.m, and went back in hopes that they would give me a discount or something. I was told that because I didnt come in within a week, that they wouldnt give me a discount. I figured I would give them another shot and that maybe it was just the polish.... Nope! Picked a different brand, one that I use regularly, and the same thing. Chipped and my natural nail SHOWING THOUGH THE POLISH. Again, I get gel manicures regularly and have never experienced such a terrible quality of polish. Went back to my regular place today and my tech was astonished and the terrible quality. She figures its the top/bottom coat they use. Dont waste your money at this place, its definitely what I remember from years ago!

Horrible, do not put their customers needs before thier own. I had 4 friends that I took to get a mani and pedi before we went on a girl vacation. All of us received pedicures and one of my friends didnt have time for hers because it took too long. The manager on duty asked if anyone would do hers since all other attendants were busy and they all shook their heads to not stay until she had her service completed. DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER IS NOT TREATED WELL IF IT DOESNT BENEFIT THEM. We werent given a reason except for the lady doing my pedicure said she couldnt because she had better things to do after she was finished with my pedicure. They offered no discount, or an apology for not servicing my friend because they ran out of time and no one who would stay to help. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place is a joke. He tell me i dont need to come back there because the one time in dissatisfied with my nails he tells me Im too picky. If Im paying $55-$60 every two weeks for the past 3 mos and the one time i have a complaint about my nails to fat he tell me they dont need my business. Wow!!! Well sir i know Im not the 1st dissatisfied customer and surely not the last and your not the only nail shop. Bit Ill report you to the BBB. How about that. I pay good money and I tip good. You all definitely dont deserve my business.

My teenage daughter just returned from this place with the skin above her brows rippped off and above her lip burned from getting an eyebrow and lip wax. This is devastating and unconscionable and has never happened anywhere else! We are considering litigation and will be asking the esthetician for her license and reporting her to the board.

Been coming here for years and I absolutely love it. Always friendly and go above and beyond for their clients. The last time I was there, the lady accidentally smudged the polish while putting my sandal on. Even though it was not noticeable AT ALL she redid the entire nail. I could not be more pleased

This place was taken over by a new owner and has gone to crap. The new nail polish they now have chips with in the hour, no matter if you get gel manicure or not. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
