I made my first visit ever to Hand and Stone this past week. I called the location in Goodyear, AZ to schedule an hour long massage for $49.95 as advertised on the website. I was told that their “hour long massages have been $59.95 for a long time.” The woman I spoke with did not apologize for the wrong information or offer to honor the online pricing. I scheduled a couples massage and asked a few times throughout the conversation if the total cost would be $59.95 or if that was the price per person. Each time I asked, the woman I spoke with said my total cost would be $59.95. After scheduling the appointment I called corporate headquarters about the online pricing differing from the actual price and they never returned my phone call. When I paid for my massage the total was $109.90, double what I was told it would be! The owner checking me out initially tired to charge me $120 and I had to tell her that I was a first time customer even though I had already told the person I had made my appointment with. I am very frustrated by the customer service at Hand and Stone and will not be returning. I would like my money fully refunded.

I am NOT going anywhere else other than Hand and Stone massage. The staff are extremely friendly and are very professional. I was relaxed from the moment I walked in. I had Shanell (I think I might have spelt her name wrong). Ive had a lot of back and shoulder pains for a couple of years now and, let me tell you, after getting a massage by Shanell, I havent really felt anything since. The atmosphere is really relaxing and quiet. I cant write much because I was sleeping half the time (:P) , but it was well worth it.

I was surprised with a message from Hand & Stone by a friend. Hand & Stone contacted me on the phone and let me know that there had been an appointment made for me. The staff was so professional from the call I received on the phone to the time I arrived to my appointment. They were so warm and welcoming. They all made me feel so at ease. My message therapist took great care of me for 90 minutes. This was the best message I have ever had. Much Needed

Had another fabulous experience at the Goodyear, AZ location. John was my therapist and he is definitely in my top 2 of best therapists I have experienced in the past 10 years. Location is very, very clean. Massages are 50 minutes long, I wish they would be a true 60 minutes for the prices, but other than that, this location is excellent. I will be going again and referring others there!

I had a wonderful experience! As soon as you walk in you feel a sense of calmness. I had a great massage therapist, professional and also very knowledgeable. The staff had amazing customer service. I loved my entire experience! I will definitely come back for more services and they have a permanent client. I will not go anywhere else.

I went in for the first time at Hand & Stone Massage. Rose gave me a wonderful & relaxing massage. I have a herniated disc in my lower back & Rose was very careful with my massage & yet it was very relaxing & wonderful. I have already made my next appointment. The whole staff there was very friendly & made you feel very comfortable.

The staff was very nice, very clean and inviting rooms. The facial & massage service was average at best. I thankfully I have been to other or real day spas and know the difference. Left feeling like what I got was not worth the money. Massage did not get enough trigger points facial still had mask particals on my face

It was mediocre at best....very disappointed as I went in for a FULL BODY massage (with John) but did not receive it. My legs were not massaged. I felt there were more stretches done than massaging. Also, it was cut short
