Absolutely AWFUL Service!!! Good luck getting an appointment!!! I got a groupon for a massage a couple of months ago. Over the past couple of months, I have called this business at least 4 times and left voice mails and sent 2 emails to schedule an appointment. Nobody responded. When I sent an email confirming that I would report them to groupon and the BBB if they did not contact me within 48 hours, I finally was able to make contact. She suggested Sunday Nov 2nd but I told her I was going to be at the Dunes that weekend and we agreed on October 26th. I turned up for the appointment. I was 10 minutes early. Nobody was there. I waited 25 minutes, she did not turn up. There was another lady who was also waiting for a 12pm appointment and said she too has had problems with this business in the past. I cannot be responsible for the fact that Jeanette, the owner is not able to schedule appointments competently. I have spent so much time and effort trying to get a massage. I don’t want to waste any more time chasing and don’t feel this business is worthy of my money. I can only imagine receiving a malicious, harsh massage because of my persistence.

This place is awful. I bought a massage package several months ago. Since that time I have only gotten 3 1/2 massages. They either dont show up, double book or show up late. The reason for the half massage is that the massage therapist showed up a half hour late and then cut my massage short even though it was her fault. The few times I was allowed in for my appointments other people were turned away because of double booking. They refuse to refund my money even though they wont let me in for my appointments. They just keep offering me free massages which does no good since they dont let me in to use them. And as far as the previous posts in which the manager states they have resolved their scheduling issues - they havent. I was just turned away from my appointment again this morning.

This has to be one of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with! Nobody answers the phone numbers that are listed on the website, so good luck trying to schedule an appointment. The owner, Jeanette, hardly ever responds to phone calls and emails and if youre lucky enough to get a return phone calls (I usually miss it and goes to voicemail) appointments are usually scheduled out 2-3 weeks in advance. She even text me at 9 p.m. about scheduling an appointment, I immediately responded and then didnt hear back again. If you bought a Groupon for their massages I would suggest trying to get your money back and save the irritation.

Ive had several colonics done and was never treated like I was here. She was very kind, very professional. Explained everything in detail. And the tube she used was this tiny flexable thing I could barely feel. Not the hard plastic ones that dont move and fall out. I live 50 miles from this place and fully intend on returning. The atmosphere was great. The people are very professional and nice. She actually explained some of the stuff that came out of me. Which I thought was cool. Because it gave me insight on what I needed to change in my diet. It was an amazing experience!

Absolutely ridiculous that they told people that they fixed their phones. Every number I called had a full voicemail box. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the last month. To top it all of the phone number that they provided on the Groupon doesnt even seem to be connected with them. How can you conduct your business this way. As a consumer it is very worrisome to have such a bad taste in my mouth about a business before even stepping foot in the actual building. I have left one more voicemail so we will see if I get a call back. I wont hold my breath.

I have not been yet but so far Im little disappointment. I purchase a groupon back in April, and was trying to book an appointment in May but was never able to get a hold of anyone. I left voicemail and sent an Email and no one called me to set up and appointment. Today I was finally able to speak with someone to book my appointment to be told it will be extra to come after 2pm or I can wait until 7/30/16. Never did she apologize she just said well we get a high volume of emails and we had phone problems.

I had the best experience and am so glad I decided to do this. I feel so much better and will be continuing the procedure as a regular part of my healthier living. I was nervous about it at first and Brianna took the time to explain every step to me to reassure me and calm my nerves. She is so kind and a beautiful spirit. I had no issues with getting a call back or scheduling my appointment. And had no problem scheduling subsequent appointments. I highly recommend the Goodyear location and the service.
