The guy that did my nails was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and took his time making sure everything was perfect. But the lady that did my moms feet was weird. She came in started working on my moms feet then halfway through she stopped grabbed her stuff and left and never came back. So another lady apologize for the first lady and started over with my moms feet. So it was good but not great

. I came later in the afternoon in the middle of the week, no long wait. They were super nice. Good customer service. They greeted me. It wasnt a hi and look down greeting. I didnt catch the nail tech guys name but he was nice. He did a great job on my pedicure. He wasnt having side conversations or answering his phone, which is what I encounter at other salons. I didnt have a wait time.

Was not greeted when I walked in. No one offered to show me the gel colors even after I told them I was getting a fill. They handed them gel colors to two ladies that came after me and had expressed no interest in getting gel. Then they took people before me that had arrived after I got there. No good customer service. I ended up leaving after waiting for an hours.

Waited over two hours after a Pedicure and got so frustrated that I walked out without a full set. Had the girl redo my toes because it looked like a 5yr old did them. Horrible time mgt and service. Im writing this review while Im stuck waiting on the redo. Horrible will never go back.

Went on a Saturday, went to work on Monday, and by Tuesday my nails are just chipping off. Ive been getting my nails done for years... and I have never had this experience before ever. Bad quality

they do good nails. dont show up right at 9am because they are usually late getting there and opening up. service is ok. nothing that makes them better or worse than any other nail salon.
